  1. Good stuff! I'm not knocking the kid at all. As I mentioned, I dont know much about the kid except for the the "so called experts" say about him, which was he was a man coverage CB.
  2. Dont know much about the kid, outside of the fact that he is on the smaller side and has a ton of speed. I have doubts just because of the Elam pick, as he also was better suited for Man Defense as is this kid. Why does Beane and Mcdermott constantly try and draft players that do not fit our scheme? Unless we are switching to a Man defense, this pick makes very little sense to me.
  3. Not a story. If you don't like my post, thumbs down and move on So you know it all?
  4. Why is he not here? Please elaborate with your thoughts
  5. You ok buddy? Real question! Do we need to phone a family member to check in on you?
  6. You have quite the imagination. Please explain why he isn't a Bill right now. If this is the type of team he's dreamed of playing for and we value him, then why is he not signed. It's because he either doesn't want to be here, or we don't want him. Could be both. If he doesn't receive any offers before traning camps start, he will probably retire
  7. Your a fan of his and that's fine. Reality is, he's nothing close to what he once was. We wasted a 3rd rounder on him and that's a fact. Again, if Beane or Josh saw something in him and valued him, he'd already be resigned.
  8. I was until he showed up and showed me nothing. I noticed you didn't respond to my quote about him signing with a contender. Don't you think if he really loved being here and Beane or Josh called him, he would've been resigned? I'm also willing to bet that the team he signs with is a contending team and he signs for the low.
  9. Truth will be just what I said in my second paragraph. He loved being here just because he had no pressure to get open. He had the second half of the season to basically heal up. Just because he was out there doesn't mean a thing.
  10. Truth of the matter is he didn't want to be here. He used the wrist injury as a reason for his performance and sandbagged it so he would be good ro go in FA. Beane backed him up, but both knew that he wouldn't be back. You will see Amari on a contending team after the draft. I liked him as a person, but not as a Bill. Nice guy but not interested in someone who's OK with not getting receptions.
  11. Where do any of those players rank with regards to their positions. Pull that info up stat man. You actually listed Coleman and Bishop who disappeared when we needed them most
  12. How do you know that? Who's to say that the GM didn't strongly suggest that they sign him? People forget that Daboll took that team to the second round of the playoffs with him in his first year. The year before that, they were horrible. Daboll had a lot to do with Josh's development in Buffalo. Josh has said so himself. Mcdermott chased away so many decent coaches on this team. Daboll and Chad Hall are 2 right off the bat.
  13. You can go back and see the history here with this regime. They will draft major question marks early and make there 3,4, and 5th round picks starters, while the early rounders will be benched, with hopes that they develop.
  14. You just stated that Daboll couldn't get anything outta D. Jones, basically stating that Josh was as bad as him I'm his early years. No one on planet earth could make Jones half of what Josh is. Horrible take! Pathetic really!
  15. Daniel Jones and Josh Allen should never ever ever be mentioned in the same conversation buddy! I'm gonna hang up now and not listen!
  16. Where do any of those outside of Josh fall with regards to anywheres close to being elite? We can thank Daboll for that as well. Bernard had a good first year starting, year 2 he fell hard. Cook, who i do like and all, but his numbers don't say elite to me, but that's for another topic. He imo is shinning for that big contract. His numbers before last year were pedestrian. Benford- let's not forget who we drafted in the first round that year! Where is that guys development? Shakir- i love the guy, but 2nd option, most likely 3rd wr is where he falls on most other teams that aren't picking in the top 10 of the draft.
  17. Stop hoping and wishing. This GM has shown you all over the years that he doesn't go after really good players that are proven. He picks his free agents like he does his draft picks..... projects, usually either old, or dudes who were JAGs. He drafts the same way, projects that we hope pan out, but imo we don't develope our draft picks that well either.
  18. I doubt much more than what we paid this guy. I'll bet you game tickets that Slayton signs for 15 million per year somewhere
  19. Got the reigning MVP at qb and still can't get a top tier WR for the man. Everyone eats has ruined our reputation for stud WRs wanting to come here. There's a reason that LA didn't resign this dude for 13 per year, especially when they have no real studs at the position. This to me equals the Samuel signing.
  20. Gotta trade for top end talent. The days of young studs in their prime wanting to come here are over for now.
  21. We were all expecting Beane to get an elite guy for Josh, kinda like expecting a Mercedes and given a Kia.
  22. And why didn't the Chargers want him back for that amount?
  23. Great question. I just asked the same thing on a different thread.
  24. Just what i said would happen. I'm not gonna bash Beane on this as I don't know if that player would've came to us for the same amount of money, even though I doubt he offered that to that player. Comparing the 2 cities, one is hot and has a dome, with lower state taxes, and the other is a perennial playoff team that has huge state taxes and plays outdoors in the cold. The player we sighed is right up Beanes alley. Nothing spectacular and hopefully turns out better than Samuel types, or Hardy types that little baller beane likes to hand out big contracts to
  25. 38 reception for 584 yards. Canadian kid so he won't complain about the cold, but also typical Beane signing to me. 38 receptions for a team that had no superstar wide receivers is not really good. We're paying 13 million per year for that.
