That play call on the interception was bad. You have your entire OL pulling left and you expect Josh to beat the one guy blitzing on the right? He blew up that play before Josh made the bad decision to still throw it. Keep one dame OLineman or TE on the right to protect or at least chip the guy. Hated that call.
1) It was on Allen. He flattened his fake instead of dropping vertically after it which would have prevented him turning around and having a player on top of him even if he was a free runner. He then could have turfed it or had a better chance of making him miss or whatever.
2) The motion from a 2x2 set to a 3x1 set is what caused the free runner. Winfield shifted down to the box when they motioned Kincaid across.
Interesting points from the post with the video by JT O'Sullivan by @Big Turk
What's becoming more and more apparent as I spend more time on this board is that the majority of posters have no earthly idea of what is going on and make a lot of wrong assumptions about things which then less to wrong ideas and conclusions.

Ultimately made it way closer than it needed to be, but I liked most of what I saw during the game.

This Twitter poster is a clown who has been wrong multiple times.

Allen seems like he is afraid to even consider running now.
I have to think that's coaching and that it's been drilled into him starting last off-season.
They got what they wanted. They aren't liking the results. Turning him into Herbert isn't working out as well as they thought.

You are correct. Teams that are winning don’t hold players-only meetings.Duh...teams with talent that need a kick in the ass do too.
When you haven't lost a game in almost 2 years by more than 5 points and have the best record in the NFL since 2020, I think that says which side of the ledger you fall on.
There are a lot of doom and gloomers around this board that are going to look stupid like they have every year by the end of the season.

Kincaid is going to be a baller for a long time. Excited to see his development.

Did the offense work back then? Did we have injuries to our best D players? Did Mac freaking Jones look like an all Pro against us?
2 weeks ago I would have been with ya. This is now 3 straight with 2 being against horrible teams and key starters out and we lay an egg. You say some are panicking. I say some are burying their head in the sand.
The offense has been fine in the 2nd halves. In fact in the last 3 weeks they have the 2nd highest EPA/play in the NFL next to KC.
In their last 9 "real" 2nd half possessions they have 7 TDs, 1 missed FG, 1 TO on downs after moving 42 yards(Knox drop). 0 punts.
It's not quite as bad as people seem to be saying. Main issue is protection in 1st half when they can't move the ball and the D is playing decent enough and in the 2nd half the D can't get them the ball back when they go En Fuego.
It's correctable. They simply need to make whatever their adjustments are after 1 or 2 drives and not wait til the half.

I'm headed toward the sugar. Congrats btw
Me too man. I ate a whole box of Debbie's in two days. The whole time telling myself I'm an idiot lol. To be honest tho, I haven't bought zebra cakes in years. So there's that I guess.
85% Dark chocolate and Dole Whip are my 2 indulgences. Other than that I eat no processed foods and everything is a single ingredient.
Gotta live a little bit after all haha

Doesn’t make us better in the starting lineup. Helps depth.
I don't even think he is better than Elam from what I have seen as his total body of work. Sure he didn't look great covering Ridley in his first game action in months but I don't think a lot of corners look good covering Ridley.

Dude needs surgery and us fat guys take tough guy internet shots at him.
Speak for your self. I am heading towards 10% bodyfat and fitness competitions.

He will be able to guard the sidelines against air in the playoffs again for us!

Of course...all games always play out the same way every week. Maybe you should have watched one of their other 4 games when they looked mediocre at best
-
The Bills are better when he is running more. They have gone to far in the other direction now.
Mahomes is running more than ever this year.

This team isn't going to make the playoffs. They will need help just to get a wc this year. Miami owns this division right now and has a weak schedule.
Guess we will see. How teams look in week 7 often isn't how they look by the end of the year

I think you mean Daboll...but yeah, it seems like this is trending towards that territory.

No, just hitting a lull that for whatever reason seems to happens somewhere around now.

Good teams become bad teams all the time. We were never a great team. No one is spoiled, we haven’t one *****. Step your game up.
I don't need to step my game up, the Bills do and they will. Stop panicking like people who never have faced any adversity in their life and when they have crumbled like a cheap tent.

Colts just got hosed badly...multiple times.

So in your eyes coaches just can't be judged at all because it's the right call if it works and the wrong call if it doesn't?
More often than not that's how people think.

They didn't deserve to win the game but that penalty they picked up on the first play of the Patriots drive was egregious ..I mean they could use that in training videos for what illegal player downfield looks like.
All they needed was to hold them to a FG and they couldn't even do that. Pathetic.

Coaches look great when what they do works, not great when it doesn't. If you knew the chess that went into why they do certain things versus another you're eyes would glass over within 5 seconds of the explanation because you wouldn't understand WTF he was talking about.

It's fine. No issues with it from what I saw.

Again. Nothing matters til the playoffs. This is starting to look like the 2nd Daboll season where they went 11-6 and played some crap games before they got red hot for the playoffs.
I'd sign up for a repeat of that if the offense got that hot again.
Stop acting like spoiled brats because this team has been so good over the last 3 years you didn't have anything to really worry about week to week.
They need to figure some things out but you don't go from one of the best teams in the NFL to 8-9 in a season.

I think we're well past wake up calls... No trying to be a dick... But this is a veteran team. They just don't have what it takes.
Nah...they just to figure out the issues and make the adjustments sooner.
By the end of the season it won't matter.
