    At some point, if Sean can't get to a Superbowl then he has to go. Allen has made the changes everyone asked, he is playing great ball, and it's time to quit wasting that. We need a new philosophy on Defense and I don't see it happening with McDermott

    Agreed 100%. We need a couple 1 techs that weigh 330+. Oliver hasn't worked out as a consistent player at 3 tech. We need a DE that teams need to gameplan for, and we don't have one.

And I agree with others, it should end his NFL career. No way in hell does their HC bring someone who refused to play in that locker room he has built

    I love beane, but he has shown he can't evaluate DL. All the resources put in and we still can't field a front 4 that can consistently get pressure and or sacks. That is what McDermott's defensive scheme must have. And we sure as hell can't stop the run.

    I like their OS HC. I like the team how it's been built. I hope they have success for their fanbase when not playing us

    That is exactly what I think they will do. Keep Josh on the bench is the best way to go.

    On top of the fact their RB's have nearly 2000 yards combined and over 20 TD's. We will need to score 50+ to win this one.

    I get what you are saying,but it doesn't matter if it's by 1 point or 20, a loss is a loss and we can't get by KC or Cincinnati in the playoffs. McDermott hasn't shown he csn coach against the big boys come playoff time. He needs to do it this year or make a change amd see if somone else can get us to the super bowl

    I'll catch it for saying this, but it's true. The coaching change is what helped Elway finally win a superbowl.

    Spot on. This staff, lack of being able to find a front 4 that can consistently rush the passer, and coaching have let Allen down.

    McDermott’s defense needs pressure and sacks from the front 4. Tons of resources put into the DL and it still sucks.
