    I posted a pic of the helmet in the "Takeo Spikes jersey" thread. They went all the way retro. As for what games - the home opener and a road game later in the season.

    Agreed. Instead of bringing us into the 21st century, it made us all nostalgic for the past. The current uniforms aren't bold enough to be unique and they aren't classic enough to tie us to the past. Basically they tried to do both things and ended up succeeding at neither. Our uniforms have too many colors and are just plain too busy.

    Are there going to be away uniforms?? I thought they were just introducing one jersey. If they're introducing both home and away uniforms, we might as well just start planning for these to be the new permanent jerseys now. Compared to the train wrecks we're wearing now, anything looks better. I'll bet these have a special place in Ralph's heart too.

    Don't forget, the plan is to wear the new uniforms twice this season (once at the home opener and again on the road later). So if other teams get new helmets for single throwback games, I'm sure we can do it for the two games we're playing this year. I really don't think it's too far-fetched to imagine these being so popular that they become the permanent look.

    Man, those are GREAT! Too bad we don't have "away alternates" to go with them. In fact, too bad we have our current home and road uniforms that prevent us from wearing those full time. We all have to buy a bunch of this stuff to convince the Bills to adopt the retro look as their permanent look. I'm definitely getting one of those jerseys. That pennant is awesome too.

    No one wants to admit it, but that has to be true. Baseball, basketball, golf, etc. don't destroy your body the way football does. I'm sure they're all glad they aren't boxers, though.
