This must be a post for next season because i don't see any of those mentioned fitting in under the available cap this season .
10 Million in cap space June 1st. Fitting Metcalf or Aiyuk's cap hits is absolutely within reason IF the Bills want to do so. It may only require a restructure of Oliver or Milano
Both players can be extended after acquiring as well

Coleman - X
Samuel - Line up anywhereShakir - Primary Slot
MVS - Outside Deep Threat
Claypool - Huge IF...but he has the ability in there somewhere to start. MAYBE he is a changed man & looks good/works in camp
Hollis - STer and reasonably decent depth WR. Better than Sherfield.
Hamler - If he stays healthy, has very good speed and could push for snaps. Has worked very hard on his body. Notably mentioned by Keon multiple times
Shorter - PS unless / until he proves otherwise
Shavers - Very Tall and was an elite STer in college. May be a darkhorse to emerge as WR5
Xavier Johnson - PS, Return ability- 1

Carousel mercenaries like Lawson or Yannick might serve.
Honestly, the Bills hitting on a budding superstar EDGE brings this team right out of “retooling year” and right back to contender status. It’s the kind of thing we need.
My concern for Solomon will be that he physically can’t hang on the edge except in obvious passing situations.
I mean that would be OK. It's possible he has 10-12 sacks as a situational pass rusher. I'm not familiar with his abilities against the run
I'd like to see some staggered D looks or 3-4 type alignments on 3rd downs.... essentially Von and Javon lining up at OLB
Rousseau DaQuan Oliver
Von Solomon

? We just signed a Safety who has played in 49 games for the Bucs and is at the very least the 4th Safety on the depth chart -

I am strangely hopeful that he will be a steal. Lack of ideal height is offset by those freakishly long arms.
His muscle development is outstanding and he can beat OT's with speed or power. He also has a habit of really hammering QB's- 4

The Bills showed interest in Emmanuel Ogbah in a previous off-season and early in this one if I recall.
Calais Campbell would be a quality add. Ngakoue as well

Javon Solomon is going to be a force as a rookie IMO

I do think we need to tap the breaks a little, this is a guy who had a 7% drop rate and 54% catch rate last year.
MVS is a proven playoff performer. We need more of them -

He talks about speed every January. Then drafts chain movers when it gets to April. Odd.
I agree, however Samuel and MVS are both explosive players. Samuel has one of the very fastest releases off the line in the entire league per analytics/next gen tracking. MVS is a legit deep threat. Has previously led the league with a 20.9 ypc avg in a season -
Josh Allen had him run the exact play Diggs did in the Divisional.....70 yard bomb in the backyard and MVS caught it
That must be how they hit it off right? 😎- 2

This is very interesting. He's WR4 immediately IMO. Possibly more snaps too since he's a good run blocker

Wonder if this means no Hyde.

IMO not related. I believe it's just an upgrade over Lewis and Hamlin.
Mike Edwards
Taylor Rapp
Cole Bishop
Dee DelaneyCam Lewis
Damar Hamlin
If Hyde decides he wants to return, he moves into at the very least a rotational role- 2

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — The Buffalo Bills addressed their depth at safety by signing Dee Delaney to a one-year contract on Thursday.
The 29-year-old Delaney has five seasons of NFL experience, including the past three with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he had five starts in 49 appearances. An undrafted free agent out of The Citadel, he broke into the NFL playing two games with Jacksonville in 2018, and spent the next season appearing in one game with Washington.
Delaney joins a Bills team in transition at safety, following the breakup of the Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer starting tandem that had been together since 2017. Poyer was cut in March and has since signed with Miami, while Hyde is unsigned and considering retirement.
Returning backup Taylor Rapp and offseason addition Mike Edwards are projected to take over as starters on a unit that also includes Cole Bishop, who was selected in the second round of the draft last month.

Was active for the Bucs in all 17 games last season. Had 2 INT's as a depth player.
At the very least an upgrade from Cam Lewis and Hamlin

If Davis is 2-3 inches taller he is drafted early 2nd round and is probably the first RB off the board.
His game speed is insane. In the highlight packages I watched he was outrunning everybody on the field. His 40 wasn’t anything special but I think he’s a testament to how that metric is vastly overrated. Vision is great too. Perfect complement to Cook’s skill set and we should have a very nice 1-2 punch now.
Davis could earn more carries than Cook IMO

The Chiefs took a swing at a starting RB. It was a massive failure because he wound up being a backup RB. Buffalo just spend a 4th round pick trying to get a backup RB. That makes sense to you?
Ray Davis is going to run roughshod over the Chiefs 😎

it should be 5 -
I'd think there is a 2nd Amazon game or SNF. Niners, Rams and Jets all have 2 Amazon games

4 at Ravens
5 at Texans
6 at Jets

Just throwing this out there because we could have had OBJ over MVS if we really wanted to:
I would bet MVS's cap hit comes in pretty close to $2M. We intentionally chose him over OBJ as a player, not for financial reasons. We'll see how that decision turns out.
didn't OBJ say he chose Miami over KC and BUF ?

He is more of a true deep threat than Gabe. Faster. Also a good run blocker. Hands inconsistent, yes.
Has made critical big plays in the Chiefs playoff games both of the last 2 seasons.
