  1. Panthers are not scared of the Bills. They've watched the last two nationally televised games. They (the Panthers) know exactly what's coming. So all, what happens if the Bills lose Sunday? My thoughts, nothing. Watch some film.
  2. After watching the 49'ers a couple of times and then the Lions who both have been killed by injuries, you would have never known they had several starters out. So to me it's about the coaching. Head coach, DC (do we have one?) and the other supporting coaches. I've said it before where the players have changed, the coaches have not. I think we can smell the elephant in the room.
  3. Seeing that the defensive issues are not just a 2025 problem (carry over from 2024 and maybe 2023), the issue goes deeper than non-leadership (talking about you McDermey and Babich in regards to non-leadership). You really have to look at the supporting posse - line coaches, WR coaches, DB coaches, etc., the whole lot of them. It's obvious these guys are not doing a very good job. Our players are not being developed. The cast of characters (players) have changed but the results are the same. Your taught in early math class to identify the common denominator. Well, we can see it. It's been stated numerous times we do not have a championship caliber defense so it's not happening this year folks. So prepare now and don't be shocked come January (or maybe sooner). I'd have Babich packing is bags ASAP and continue to weed out the low performing coaches as well.
  4. OK so we'll watch some film. Learn from our mistakes. Need more complimentary football. Rinse and repeat. You will not see any improvement in this team until Babich is gone. Not sure what high school league they got him from. Every week its the same thing. We have the worst run defense (we demonstrated that tonight). Pass defense has got to be near the bottom as well. Lead the league in missed tackles. No worry on losing that title after tonight. But like I said, we'll watch some film, learn from our mistakes, need more complimentary football. Rapp and Bishop - worthless. Need 1 more to add so we have the three stooges.
  5. Needs to stop doing f'n commercials.
  6. Time for Beanie baby to earn his money.
  7. I may be totally off base here and this may have already been discussed. So I'm sitting here watching the Eagles Giants game and was blessed by four tushy pushies in a row, two in which should have had penalties called for false starts, thinking there must be an easy way to counter this. So....if my ever fading memory is correct, you cannot block below the knees. So if I'm the defense, you don't hunker down on the line helmet to helmet, you stand up. Then when the offensive line blocks downward at the ankles\knees,.....penalty! Plain as day. Also, since Hurts (or any other QB) is basically going over the top of the lines, by standing up, you meet him head on as they are called for an illegal block. Maybe I'm missing something. Now back to the game.
  8. "Our D is getting pummeled this year and when we face a good team like the Pats and the Falcons, it's gonna be a long night." - No worries. We're watching the film and adding ex Bills players to the practice squad. Got it all under control. Please forward to McDermy and Babich. They might not know this.
  9. McDermy and posse watched some film. Not sure if it was on the Falcons. Maybe Gone With the Wind (based in Atlanta for you young kids out there). So we don't prepare for "the Falcons". We go with our generic game plan (aka The Process). Falcons get over 150 rushing. McDermy and Babbi-***** are shocked. Will need to watch more film over the bye week. Maybe sit a few players for the next game for some odd reason. 4 and 2 and behind the Patriots. Hate to say it but this team has shown nothing in the way of improvement. Teams are not scared of the generic game plan. Good game for Atlanta to improve on some stats. Oh, and Beane looks to see if there are any ex-Bills players not on any teams to add to the practice squad. All is good.
  10. And the second part of the equation, Diggs was wide open and caught the low ball. No Bills defender within 5 yards.
  11. You have to remember we are playing with two less defensive players. No Safeties. I've seen it every game where our Safeties are so far back, slow, reactive vs proactive. The opponents players are catching the ball then these guys decide to take an action on the play. I'm sure their being told to play this way.
  12. I think Collinsworth stated it several times last night. The Bills O tells the defense what their going to do. Josh under center - run. Josh shotgun - pass. It's bad enough where we don't prepare specifically for a team each week, we now indicate to them what we will do on offense. But we'll watch some film to prepare for next week.
  13. Funny how this thread started out about Coleman but was taken over again by the elephant in the room. The defense (or lack of) of McDermy and Babich. Call them at 933-7825 (WEE-SUCK). That's 933-7825.
  14. Perfectly said. We'll watch some film.
