This thread needs to get back to football. Let’s discuss the upcoming game not why people may or may not like this Ice person.
Should be perfect football weather Sunday night. Red hot Bills offense facing off the Packers at home. We have almost everyone healthy coming off the bye. Packers have been in a big slump and have a lot of injuries. A lot are predicting a Bills blow out but don’t think the Packers will just roll over and die without a good fight. I expect something like a 31-17 Bills win but won’t open up until we get to the 4th quarter.

It’s definitely true. If we played NE in the Super Bowl Bills fans would hope for a tie or root for the Pats cause you want to see a divisional rival win the SB. Nobody really likes the Packers outside of Green Bay.
I don’t know what goes on with fans in other divisions but Bills fans never root for other divisional rivalries to have any success, especially not Bills fans rooting for Patriots in the super bowl against anyone. The Packers are actually a team that Bills fans are pretty neutral on or even root for in a lot of cases. Easy to root for NFC teams when they are not direct rivals.

If Bills fans are paying attention to the Packers game though they are definetely rooting against the Packers.

I doubt it. Im sure when the Jets pounded us 2 weeks ago Buffalo fans were not minding it at all.
We almost always are rooting for any team in our division to lose, especially if they are playing an NFC team. We also care a lot less about the outcome of a Jets game compared to the Patriots. A lot of people are hoping the Jets beat the Patriots this week just because we hate them so much even though from a standings perspective that’s not a good thing.

Nope I bet Bills fans root for the Patriots over the Packers when they play.
Not even close. Bills fans root against the Patriots even when a Patriots win would be more beneficial to us just out of pure despise.

the Broncos would be morons to trade Chubb unless they got multiple 1st round picks in return.
There's a reason some of these teams are stuck in nowhere land.
If Chubb gets traded it'll be to an NFC team, likely Tampa since Shaq Barrett looks to be done for the season with an Achilles. Plus Denver mightr delude themselves into thinking it will be a high 1st rounder given the Bucs current record. Par for the course in terms of Denver= dumb.
I bet Bean can get it done for a 1st and Moss.

Cam Akers for Moss straight up.
Or...Moss and a 5th for Hunt!
Throw in a bucket of Duffs wings to sweeten the deal.

I remember that game well. I had seasons at the time and had for years. My then girlfriend, now wife wanted to come with me to a few games that season after we started dating a few weeks into the season. We bought tickets on stub hub for practically nothing for this one so we could sit together and I just gave my season seat to a friend in the group I would normally sit with. Its funny to think how far we have come since then with ticket demand and prices in just a few years.

Great to see Tommy lose again. Even though this make the Ravens closer to us in the standing, I was still glad to see TB12 show his age.
I do like Lamar a lot. I liked his post game interview. He seems like a good guy and a talented athlete. I do wish he would hire a real agent though. Seems like he is doing himself no favors in that aspect. He’s not the most savvy or articulate guy but loves the sport. Would like to see him have some success as long as it’s not as much as our own.

Being just a kid during the super bowl years it was hard to appreciate what those 4 consecutive appearances meant. Being about 5 when we made it to the first one, I was just assuming we always made the playoffs and getting the the super bowl was normal… it sure was a disappointment only a few years later when I really started to understand the sport.

As long as the Bills coaching staff decides to play him.
We've got a history of not letting rookies outshine old veterans.
McD has a reputation for keeping rookies on a short leash and keeping them on the sidelines after a rookie mistake. I get the approach but sometimes I wish he would back down from that and live with mistakes in exchange for getting more talent out there. Sometimes I wonder if the benching after a mistake does more to get in the rookie's heads than sending them back out to make up for it.

Thank God, we will need those 2nd and 3rd round picks to chase our next running back.

Yeah but what do they want for Blackshear?

There’s plenty of rhythm for the Cards, seems to me
Is it ironic if TNF goes from not being able to score a touchdown for weeks to complete blow out?
In any event, this week has been way more enjoyable than the last few.

Between the two possessions in the second they'd gone through half the 3rd while being down 14. Whittling that lead down 3pts at a time is a lot to ask at that rate.
Oh for sure I agree, it’s just a strange feeling and contrast going from our games where every possession matters and to these Thursday night games where nothing seems to get any rhythm.

You have to go for it.
With how spoiled we’ve been with Bills games lately, it feels
like it’s under 2 minutes left in the 4th in all these other games.

I think Hill should be passing more.

Andy Dalton was pretty good when he was throwing to a prime AJ Green.
I mean he was a super star on a few passes to Tyler Boyd a few years ago. Not sure if anything substantial ever came of it though…

Dalton was never great but he fell from pretty good to terrible pretty fast.

Could be... We watch a ton of movies on Amazon and Netflix and never had an issue
Not to get off topic, but in my home theater room I have all my video sources go though an external processor that upscales everything before going to the projector. That sometimes makes it hard to tell the specs on the real input signal, but it appears that the Amazon app on my Apple TV comes through in HDR.
Sometimes the coloring on HDR makes things more accurate and vibrant from a coloring perspective but darker looking, especially if the picture adjustments aren’t dialed in just right. I created two memory settings on my projector to optimize between standard and HDR so I can have a one button switch between the two depending on content.

It's so dark looking... Only Amazon feeds look this way on our TV
I think that’s just the lighting in the stadium. The Amazon stream looks really good on both my TV and home theater projector compared to cable.

I’ve like Rodgers for most of his career. He’s been in the spotlight more recently for some more controversial statements but I’ve never paid much attention to any of that stuff. But I will say, in his more recent press conferences, he looks more guilty of stealing catalytic converters from parked cars than reading complexed defenses.
