Cooper says he plans to play Sunday with a cast!
Einstein replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is what i’m wondering. I could absolutely be wrong - but the way I interpret McD’s comments are: “He is healthy enough to play. No damage will be done by him playing. It’s just a pain thing.” -

Might as well forfeit the game then. What’s the point in playing if the division is wrapped up and we are not getting the 1? -

I don’t see the massive ask. Win this week and we are 0.5 game back from the 1 seed. I mean, that’s as close as you can get without actually having the 1 seed. Literally anything could happen over the next 7 games. Mahomes could be knocked out of a game and the Chiefs lose a couple. Or they could get a bad ref call. Or they could just straight-up lose a couple as they’ve been very lucky to win what they have. Win this week and it’s basically a race for the 1 seed until someone blinks. Lose this week and the 1 seed is gone. -

He was $3M vs $1M for Cooper. Chiefs were in same cap situation as us and made it work. -

Hindsight is 20/20 but i’m wishing we traded for Hopkins. I just think he has greater upside. -

Thats a great point. *with the team needing every win to have a shot at the 1 seed -
Kinda seems like McD is saying the Bills have cleared him to play but Cooper feels that he is in too much pain. McD notes that he isn’t even sure what the next step would be to get him back. UPDATE!

Week 11 - Chiefs at Bills Game Week Thread
Einstein replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
For the conspiracy theorists -
"I want to apologize to No. 27. I'm not in the business of that. I mean, there was a lot of frustration and I was just really frustrated at that moment and it just happened naturally through emotions. ... I just want to apologize to Tre'Davious White." I have never gotten the impression that Gronk is a bad dude. He made a mistake. A really dumb one.

This argument holds water in Week 3, when we are one of the only teams to play them. It doesn’t hold water in Week 11, when they have lost to 4 other teams too. I never said that. I said assuming our lack of separation is acceptable because we have beaten the dregs of the NFL, is faulty.
-
I forgot Arizona’s win this week put them into first in their struggling division. Ok, we are now 1-2.
-
This would be a good argument if we didn’t have a losing record against teams with a winning record. But as it stands, we have beaten 0 teams who currently hold a playoff spot. In fact, we are 0-2 against teams who currently are in a playoff spot. And unfortunately, we will be playing good teams in the playoffs. So beating up against bottom feeders won’t help up as that time. Beating the Chiefs will go a long way toward changing that perception, but until we actually do it, not getting separation against bad teams is … well … just that.

Not surprising to anyone who watches the All-22 weekly.

it wasn’t. It was off due to the fact that Kincaid got jammed. In fact, it was off by nearly exactly the time of the jam itself. It was thrown exactly as it should have been and Kincaid is celebrating a TD if he wasn’t jammed. This is one of those situations where the defender did his job, and it’s not the QB or WR’s fault. The other team gets paid too. That being sad, I’m not going to keep arguing with a brand new user who probably only made their account to troll Josh Allen.

😳 Daquan Jones?
-
Some of you just stay ready to place blame on the greatest Bill to ever live. What actually happened is that Kincaid got illegally jammed 6 yards downfield (max is 5 yards) and it slowed him down just the tiniest bit which is why the throw was off just a tiny bit. Allen threw it to exactly where Kincaid was supposed to be. Here is a gif of the play. May take a couple seconds to load.

Brandon Codrington: Solid Acquisition

Not for McD it hasn’t. That was the only game he made that mistake and the coaches never let him do it again. -

Only if we are rewriting the rules of football. Which has always been - you plant your feet on the 10. If it goes behind you, you leave it. Im assuming the coaching staff yelled at him for not letting it go, because in games after that he didn’t do that again. Not a chance imo. When he makes the decision to leave the endzone, no blocking was set up yet. And there were not 1, but TWO defenders waiting for him at the 20. He would have had to make 2 seperate guys miss. -

It’s not just Seattle. He has made poor decisions in many of our games. This is kind of stuff I am talking about: Our average drive start being high is mostly due to us rarely ever taking a penalty on ST the is year. That is what drives down the average drive start for other teams. Ding, ding, ding! Exactly this. Punt return stats don’t show when a guy fielded a punt he shouldn’t have, or let one go he should have taken, etc. -
Bills are 8-2 for the first time in over 30 years

Eh… he’s pretty awesome. And his defenses were great in the playoffs even before the Chiefs got their current rejuvenation of defensive talent. IMO, It’s less how he does throughout the whole game and more how he has a perfect instinct of what defense to call when the game is on the line. -
Really poor coaching by McVay. Running on 2nd and 20. Kicking field goals at the 4 yard line. Etc.
