This is a touchy subject for because PI is such a game changer. Aaron Rodgers is the GOAT of getting this call. Watch a Packer game, his MO, when all receivers are covered, he throws it long, just out of the reach of everyone and hopes for a PI call. On Monday night he got several of them.
With all the time it takes to throw the flag, have a conference, talk with the coaches and then announce the penalty, we’ve already seen the replay at least twice and could be determined in the booth.

Not even I am concerned about this game in any way, shape, or form. It is literally impossible for the Bills to lose this game.
Going to hang on to this......just in case

If you're a Bills fan and "worried" about this game, I suggest seeking professional help. The BBFS has so infiltrated your psyche you may be beyond saving, but there is no time to waste.
Yeah, crazy crap happens, but if the Bills play their game and the Texans play theirs, Buffalo wins by 20.
I’m not worried but I also subscribe to the old adage of any given Sunday. These guys are all professionals and are payed as such. Take them seriously and stayed grounded in the week.

Honestly, maybe take deep shots from our own 30....give josh more room to air it out. Let the receiver get way downfield. Inside the 50, Josh can frozen rope them no problem.

They are playing a 3rd string Quarterback. They tend to second guess things, panic, and hold the ball. All things that will lead to turnovers against buffalo. They don't have the running game to take pressure off of him either.
Their defense really doesn't do much of anything particularly well.
To me the trap game requires... something. A QB, a RB, a playmaker who is capable of turning a game in your favor. That or just, miserable weather or something.
All this. This is a get everyone on the same page, all things clicking, iron out the kinks game we need before a tough 2 game road stretch. If we are 4-2 when the Dolphins roll into town, I’ll be thrilled….to the moon if we are 5-1.
Im thinking 50 burger

No. For me, he is infuriating to watch.

Id stay away (if your a betting person.) These huge spreads rarely work out in the favorites….ummm….favor. Not saying Bills lose but, I stay away from these.

I was surprised that he went back to throwing like did last year. Whatever bull chit he was taught in the off season, he ignored it today. Went back to throwing rockets instead of lawn darts. It was apparent from the very first pass.
Deep ball is still a concern though.

@OldTimer1960interested in your thoughts, after you accepted defeat with a 21-14 lead…
That’s just a weird take…I can get on bored with someone being worried but I wasn’t even concerned. Can’t win a game with lucky screens and “trick” plays….not that early. That kickoff reeked of desperation.

I have some experience in this because I just negotiated with him in Madden….6 years, 84 million and a 40 million dollar signing bonus.
Had to release Diggs and Allen to get there but well worth it to have my shutdown nickel corner.
Beane’s not the only Wizard around these parts.

The way Allen is talking and how we are having to react to it is like how we used to talk about Trent Edwards, or other backup level Quarterbacks.
It’s coming from a good place, he cares a lot. But none of this makes me feel good, this is Year 4 and he’s getting so hyped up he’s sick before games and gets deflated if things don’t go well.
Strange.
People came to the defense of Losman too. How did that turn out?

I agree, he does make a good point. But he delivers it in a manner where he comes across like an aggressive blithering idiot. Chill, it’s just a Bills forum.

I know I’m in the extreme minority here but I really, really like the blue on blues with the white charging Buffalo helmet.
#2, Blue on white pants with the red helmet. Really miss the red helmet.
Color rush has grown on me.

Na I think daboll kind of outsmarted himself week 1 trying to create mismatches with the steelers dbs rather than running the football into the brick wall front 7 of the pit defense and Josh never got comfortable.
Hes got both eyes on the offensive line cuz he has no confidence in those guys and he's had happy feet the last couple games...happened last season at times too. Last years form included games like that...TEN absolutely embarrassed us he was horrible that game. He doesn't think he has time to set his feet cuz he's getting hit/evading pressure all game long when teams aren't even blitzing. Better qbs have had far worse games under those circumstances than the last two josh has had
I don't think it's going to get any better this week with WFT's front....I believe we'll win but I think Josh is going to have happy feet again unless Dabs can ring up some faster developing routes.

As they should. Hopefully they at least demand that a fixed roof be put on the stadium (sorry open air enthusiasts).
Honestly, I was adverse to domes when I was a kid....really loved the weather "element" to the game. Especially snow. Now that I'm older, I am just tired of the elements affecting play. Everything is literally is up in the air regards to the outcome, doesn't matter who your playing. I really want to watch players on an even field without all the variables.
So, I'm a +1 when it comes to a roof

I appreciate your freedom, & I just to set the record straight, I did pay them more prior to their now increased performance level. I paid them gladly significantly more than the market dictated. Much more to say if you showed more common respect. I would enjoy the convo.

I must confess I baited you into this response. Your logic is why I don’t work for some one. I own my own company. Many of my “high performance” team members were not always high performers. Josh has proven that he is not like a Pat Mahomes or a Tom Brady & I’m not saying that critically. They ascended quicker than he did & have maintained it. Although a true comparison is still a bit early.
As far as your sarcasm goes, use it on someone else. I have no need to respond to yours at all.
I'll use it on who ever I like, free country and all that....your choice not to respond. Your high performers though.....Did you pay them HUGE salaries before they actually performed at a high level consistently? No need to answer....its rhetorical.....you did not.

Yes,
It’s a mind set of pro bowl players vs. super bowl players.
So you would rather have, say, Trent Dilfer. A guy that can, if all is right in the universe, bring you one SB trophey. Over Tom Brady.....A guy who delivers consistent results year over year and brings you many SB trophies.....Makes sense.

The title of the post says “ If JA plays like crap this week, accept that he’s simply not good”
My response is in context to the title of the post. Yours is not.
ummm, yes it is, but I'm not going to take the time and dumb it down for you so you can better understand, we'll just agree to disagree

dude won the game 35-0. It would be weird for the boss to be over the top upset and start questioning his own investment cause the stat line wasn’t flashy. Not really, not if I'm compensated at a level that is indicative of producing results and I'm the highest paid person in the company.

The post seems like an over reaction. Even if JA continues to not get into a flow against the WFT, 3 games does not make a season or a career for that matter.
Perhaps let’s look @ where he is game 16 of this season. That's the kind of take you would typically have on a rookie or second year starter, not a franchise QB worth 258 million. If I'm not producing results at work I get held accountable and told to turn it around.....rapidly. My boss doesn't say "hey, don't sweat it, lets see where you are at week 52."
Its not that I suck at my job or I've regressed, it's because I get paid to produce results and not come up with excuses about the marketing dept. not doing there job or communication from accounting is poor.
Predict the Score of Texans at Bills, and what you think will happen in the game

I’m going with a 50 burger….
Bills: 53
Texens: 13
Trubisky - 18 for 24, 210 yards and 2 TDs in mop up duty.
This game is out of hand by halftime.
