  1. The 49ers are looking very ordinary.
  2. Not really surprising, unfortunately.
  3. Not yet. Not until next week is out of the way in case he has a career game before returning to bust status.
  4. I know others are finding it boring but I'm not - I'm finding it astonishing. So many bizarre things happening at once.
  5. Ouch, what an error from the Lions offense. They were running out of time and spiked the ball with 12 men on the field.
  6. Not yet! But still 34-13 to the Saints.
  7. What have the Saints done to Derek Carr??? He looks brilliant.
  8. ROFL Cowboys. I mean... awful throw from Prescott, INT, then the defensive player just waltzed through them to around the 20 yard line.
  9. I hope this version of the Jags turns up next week.
  10. The 49ers really need that interception.
  11. The Lions might be able to trade their punter away as a QB... Wow, Lawrence is FUMING - not sure if that's at Pederson or not getting the set up right.
  12. Seahawks TD.
  13. Then we will be visited by the three horsemen of the apocalypse.
  14. They'd be in meltdown if they lost to the Titans. But I can't see it happening.
  15. I can't see Levis doing much against the Jets defense. Despite what happened on Monday night, it's not dreadful.
  16. They were stupid enough to give him that contract in the first place. I don't blame him for wanting to being paid it in full. From a personal point of view, I won't enjoy watching Tua play, if he ever comes back, as I'll fear him going down again - and whether the next case be even more serious than what's gone before. Of course, he shouldn't make his decision based on the personal enjoyment of those watching the game, but it doesn't make the situation as less palatable.
  17. For any British brethen who do not have DAZN, the Sunday evening games on Sky are... 6pm - 49ers at Vikings 9.25pm - Bengals at Chiefs
  18. Davis slipped badly around the same area of the field a couple of plays before the shanked FG attempt. Watching it back, and following Bass rather than the ball, his plant foot was never planted - it basically skidded along the turf. I don't think the ball was tipped.
  19. They did return to it at the top of the second hour and focused on the game itself. I was thinking the same as you after the first hour.
  20. Though this isn't a random injury out of nowhere which could happen to anybody. They had two, arguably three, concussions to consider which they ultimately dismiss. And, not to be too much of a b about it, but Tua isn't in the grade A list of QBs. You have a Mahomes or a Josh or perhaps, with his future potential, a Stroud, you maybe take the risk because of what they provide on the field of play. Tua doesn't quite have the talent to make it worthwhile yet, possibly because even the grade B list isn't that long, they took the gamble. But it seemed ridiculous and risky at the time. Now even more so. If the Brown's decision making was an unforced error I think it could be argued the Dolphins' move was a forced one - but an error all the same.
  21. You could say the same about the Chiefs wide receiver room. Talented but no clear number one. I know the response to this so will just say, yes, Kelce makes a huge difference on that offense. But, even if he missed a few games, I think Mahomes and the WR room/remaining TEs would make it work.
  22. Yes. Hurt his non-throwing hand on the hurdle touchdown.
  23. It's Josh Allen. He could be in a similar position to The Black Knight in Monty Python and have the same reaction.
  24. I suppose the argument is this is Olsen's fourth full year whilst it's Brady's first game. I prefer Olsen at this stage, but perhaps that's to be expected - and that's not because it's Brady.
