Exactly, i agree. We should creat more edge routes for Cook and Harris and see how it works, using Latavious inside. I’d like to see two backs set formation here and there, mixing the plays so D has to prepare to both the run routes, inside or outside.

I really like our back James Cook, but yesterday he had a very tough day, 12 carries but just 29 yards. What was the problem or the problems with get him going yesterday ? I’m sure he has all the tools, athletic and technical, to have 100 yards 7/8 out of 17 games and from 60 to 90 every game at minimum. So what for you ?

Folks, instead of having the usual “predict the score” thread, this time let’s do something different: let’s say how you see your next week depending on what will happen. Do you have people making fun of you in case the bills will lose ? Will you take your family to a special evening in some bar ? Would you simply stay home watching all the possible sport tv shows ? Will you pump yourself about football or avoid every football argument all the week long ? Say here how you see your time just after the game and all the week incoming, based on win or lose outcome both. Personally, being in Italy, i know i’ll watch and read all about football every day of the week, nothing in case … you know. 😁

Of course hitting hard Tua would make a big difference in this game… our D must get on him as much as possible, make him play scary.

Many things would be crucial Sunday, but in my opinion the main thing to do when we have the football, will be stay on offense as much as possible with long drives, eating the clock with a massive running game and lots of check down throws by Josh, in this way we will reduce the chance to commit turns and at the same time we’ll keep their offense off the field. It seem so obvious i know, but focusing on gain few yards on every attempt, from 3 to 6 yards, will help to move the chain without any risk, going deep sometimes. Then the D will think to close the door.

After three games, looking at the AFC we have: Bills 2nd in PA (35) 11.6 per game - phins 11th (71) 26.6 per game Bills 2nd in PF (91) 30.33 per game - phins 1st (130) 43.3 per game but 70 just in one game only Differential: Bills 2nd (+56) - phins 1st (+59) To me, the 70 points game distort the phins real numbers. They seem to be a very strong team… maybe just nit so much in real, after all. Do this numbers say something to you ? Without the last second field goal allowed, we would be the best D in the entire League. Just saying…

Many of you know me a little in the last three years… and like you, in past, i posted mine negative and salty threads after bad losses and delusional games. The last week, after the Jets debacle, it wasn’t different, many thread about Josh, McDermott and the whole team imploding again. So i was just wondering how it would have been starting a thread with only positive thoughts in it. Feel free to write everything positive, i’m really curious and maybe in need to something like this. I’m gonna say that i’m pretty sure Josh will have a super game, without picks and very in control.

Usually i take few days before commenting a loss, because i need to elaborate it without let my emotions drive my thoughts. That said and agreeing with all of your different analysis that can be all correct, i want to ask you this: do we still believe that the Bills can have a great season, going deep in the playoff, dunno if reaching the SB and that Josh is a top elite QB ? Or this loss changed your point of view on this judgment ?

So… maybe, right now, everybody can see the unique and essential role that TK has to the Chiefs and Mahomes. I’m not saying Mahomes isn’t a great and gifted QB, of course he is, generational talent, so like Josh is but there is a X factor that made, till now, a “little” (sarcastic) difference between the two when we talk about goal achievement and I’m referring at SB and MVP. Put TK in Bills uniform the last three years and see how things could have ended.

In sport, we all saw it hundreds times, the main reason that makes players/athletes and teams reach unexpected results, is all about motivations. Yes.. the famous “chip on the shoulder”. Do you think that our guys don’t read what has been said and wrote in this past months/weeks ? All the hype on the Jets and Rodgers ? That we have too many weak holes ? That McDermott is a very good coach but that he can’t be the coach for a Superbowl trophy ? And what about the schedule ? Yes.. that our schedule is brutal like hell ? Breaking news: every game start 0-0 and also the other Teams will play the Bills ! And most or all: that Josh is now behind not only Mahomes but also behind Burrow and Rodgers and Hurts ? That he’s a turnovers machine ? And many other words… against the Bills. I close this way: let the health be with us and you’ll see what the Bills will be capable of this year.

Simple question: who would you want as the Bills HC in an hypothetically SB game ? Who do you think it would be the best one in that game ? The choice has to be between coaches still in action, retired ones doesn’t count.

Please facts, not just words… and i’m not referring at Josh only… that anyway wasn’t the reason because we didn’t get it done last year and the year before.
