I personally have no issue with the current white helmet with red standing buffalo. Just looking for alternatives to wear once in a while.

This would be the only combination I’d be ok with. Blue helmet for the all white jerseys games, but maybe as an alternate so it’s not a permanent thing. BYUs jerseys always popped. All blue will just look like mega man lol It looks no worse than the Giants color scheme.

Which is fine. I have no issues with that at all. If Taiwan is that VALUABLE, then maybe we all just need to recognize his greatness. I never realized Taiwan was so elite that he was irreplaceable. So in my opinion, if that is the case, then he deserves to have his name around with other greats like Tasker.

The whole point was are we able to substitute slightly less performance to help our team maintain a plethora amount of WRs in a system that uses 5 wide very often. Apparently he means more than just something to ST. If he was just something, given everything we know about this team, we could take a few notches below Taiwans performance and still be ok. Apparently he is a god gunner and must stay on the team at all costs.

Well it must be somewhere near there, after all we have decided to keep a full time gunner when we barely punt, we have bassomatic, and we run 5 wide and could use extra WRs with McKittrick hurt. All of this and we still decide to keep Taiwan. That would have to mean something.

If he makes the roster this year considering all things we know about this team. It will solidify Taiwan’s status along side Tasker I guess.

This is a fair assessment. If this is the coaching staff decision, so be it. I guess that will just prove how valuable Taiwan is.

He maybe the best gunner in the league, but what good is having the best gunner in the league when the few next steps down can accomplish something nearly as well? Especially considering how well Haack punts and holds opponents to fair catches inside the 20 and how little we punt the ball?

Extra RB is needed more than an expendable career STer. Taiwan is good, but lets be honest, how many chances is he going to get to make a difference in a game considering how often we don’t punt?

People change their minds all the time, It wouldn’t surprise me if they have decided to take on a new direction.
