    Why isn't Buffalo growing?

     

    Drive around Buffalo Niagara - you see more areas in distress than you see cranes and a booming economy.

     

    You don't need the links above to highlight the clear lack of economic development, population growth, aging population, high paying jobs, lack of talent, bombed out parking lots on numerous corners in our Central Business District; and empty plazas and malls across the region to see how the region is doing. 

     

    We literally have to incentivize nearly ALL the private investment in Buffalo Niagara. Yeah, thank god for the Pegula's and Douglas Jemal... but Buffalo Niagara has a long way to go to get off the poverty lists.
