  1. Let's see...

I can spend $20k going to the Super Bowl for 2-3 days....

Or, I can watch the Super Bowl on TV and my wife and I can spend 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal in May and then 3 weeks touring south Africa and seeing the awesome wildlife in September.

Pardon me while I brush up on my Espanol.

If BUF is closed, they could possibly change the destination and bus.

Got to find an open airport with about a 7500' or longer runway,

Toronto would be problematic due customs requirement.

During the big storm in November, our flight from JFK to BUF on Friday was cancelled untjil at least Sunday.  We flew to Rochester instead and rented a car for the drive to Lockport.  Didn't see a snowflake in the air during the entire drive!

The new stadium should have the Bills bench safe from the elements but the road sideline be exposed like Miami does only the snow and such will fall on them more

I've seen renderings of the new stadium that show wind baffles outside the stadium that funnel the wind, rain, and snow directly to the visitors bench.  There is also a partial roof that not only covers only the home team sidelines, but is mobile and follows them onto the field!

Hopefully this does not come to fruition... remember the 'meaningful' stat that the Bills are 0-3 when Josh catches a pass.  (Texans playoff games of 2019, Cardinals Hail Murray debacle in 2020, and 2 point conversion against Titans in MNF' in 2021)

Then I guess it's time to right that ship!  A record of 1-3 is a lot better than 0-3.

Went from Buffalo to San Francisco in 2001 for a SNF football game and was treated to a 35-0 beat down.

The good old Rob Johnson years.

I was at that game as well.  The Bills were Offside on the opening kickoff and went downhill from there...  😖

The Niners fans around us were all "We're gonna kill you guys!" at the beginning of the game.  By the end of the game, they were asking "Are you going to be okay?  What can we do to help you out?"  Gotta love Californians.  🤪

This is what you get when your HC & GM refuse to value the OL. Allen masks the problems sometimes, and at other times, even he can’t hide the fact that this is a bottom 10 OL.

    They suck!!!

The Bills are 10-4, riding a 4 game win streak.  They are currently the #1 seed in the AFC.

If this is what we get when our "HC and GM refuse to value the OL", I'll take it.  I would rather see them draft some OL in the early rounds next year, but if this is what we get when we don't, I don't know.....  🤔

You stay inside in NY in winter.  You stay inside in FL for summer.

I can always put more clothes on in winter to stay warm in New York.

If I take off too many clothes to stay cool in Florida, I get arrested.

I go outside in winter all the time.  It is not an impediment to my outdoor enjoyment at all.  Can't say that about summer in Florida.

If I can add this thread... .My family and I will be traveling from TX to the Jet's game... . .Long time diehard Bills fan and would information on which LOT park in for easy access to stadium but most importantly to get out quick after game and head to airport.   Looking on Maps it appears Lot 5/ Lot 6 would be easiest to exit and get on Abbot to head to airport.. .Was wondering if Lot 4 has access to Abbot as well to go north towards airport and 219..  Any suggestions anyone can share is appreciated.. I have a flight at 6pm on Sunday that I need to catch...

Really hard to say.  One game we waited an hour just to get out of the parking lot.  It was a night game, though.  Then, one game I got super lucky and don't think I ever came to a complete stop on my way out.  That was a 1 PM game.

Best to play it by ear and be prepared to leave early to avoid the crush of cars leaving.

Also, getting to the game very early usually results in getting a parking spot closer to the exits.  Late comers get the spots in the way back in my experience.

    Good luck!

Until a Gregg Williams type coach sends in his practice squad DB to take out Diggs.

Or some scrub wide receiver is touched by Tre White and claims an injury to DQ White.  Too many ways this could go bad.

So many Bills fans are behaving like spoiled Pats fans who feel they should dominate every week despite the reality of the circumstances.

I place the blame firmly with all those whiners who cried about the Bills not being able to win close games.  The Bills are trying to atone for those close losses by taking games down to the wire, instead of their usual MO of just blowing them out by the 3rd quarter.

They figure that if they can make their record in close games better, they will make those butt-hurt people happier (until they find something else to complain about.)

Personally, I am enjoying being 8-3 with the team we have.  I actually like the humans who make up our favortite team and root for them, win or lose.

I am currently in Iceland hoping to find a place to watch the game.  I will ask the residents of the home of Leif Erikson what actual vikings looked like and why there are so many of them prowling the streets of Buffalo this weekend.

What better place is there to watch a Bills-Vikings game!

We have reserved 3 tables at a place called "The American Bar".  They show some games, but were unconcerned about showing the Bills... until I told them they were playing the Vikings!  Now, we are guaranteed to watch the game.  (At least until they figure out we are rooting again Erik the Red and his cohorts...)

I said this after the Miami loss and it applies again here.  Better to lose to a team that you face again, than to a AFC contender that you only play once.  The Bills can avenge these 2 losses later in the season when momentum is even more important.  Playing the Ravens, KC, and Tennessee only once, it was critical to win those games and retain the tie-breaker over those teams.  While the Bills currently don't have the tie-breaker against Miami and the Jests, they can negate the loss of tie-breaker by beating them in the 2nd matchup.

Let me be clear - it is never good to lose a game and losing certain games does not improve the team's playoff chances.  (I'm sure some will remember a post here a few years ago implying that a loss to a NFC team would help the Bills playoff chances....)  The point is that if you are going to lose 2 games, these are better ones to lose than some others.  And yes, I realize that division and conference records are important for playoff seeding, but I still stand by the premise that, based on this season, how the schedule pans out, etc., that these 2 games were "better" losses than Baltimore, KC, and Tennessee.  (Obviously, losses to NFC teams and non-division, non-contending AFC teams would be even better losses.)

I agree.  We are the current nunber one seed in the AFC.  And, we have the tiebreaker against the next top 3 teams by virtue of beating them.  The next top 2 after that are both teams in the AFCE who we play at home in the coming weeks.

We are still in the driver's seat for the top seed.  If we shake off the slight funk we are in, like we usually do, we'll stay that way to the end.
