  1. Any players in the draft like Maxx Crosby?  Raiders drafted him in the 4th round out of Eastern Michigan and he had 10 sacks as a rookie. I do remember the Bills being linked to him predraft, but the Raiders got him.

Any under the radar, small school DEs in the draft?

Found one. 6’ 5” - 225 lbs. Lake Forest College. 14.5 sacks as a senior.

I always root for the long shot underdog. This guy will likely never make it, but who knows.

Reminds me of Dan Brandenburg. It took me 30 minutes to remember his name, so I hope you appreciate it. ?

  2. This tells me that we would have to trade up for my guy at RB, Clyde-Don’t-Know-How-To-Spell-His-Last-Name.

It also tells me that there is a lot of talent in rounds 2 - 3. I hope Beane uses some picks to get an extra 2 and an extra 3. Not sure if it’s possible, but I hope we have two 2nd round picks and two 3rd round picks. I don’t think it happens though. I think Beane will target a 2nd round RB and trade up to get him.

  3. Wow! What a mock draft. If this is possible, I would love it. Nice write up.

  4. In order for Josh Allen to develop into a true franchise QB, he needs sure bets at WR. What would it do to his development if the Bills would have taken a rookie WR at 22 and he didn't play at a top level? What are the chances that a rookie WR plays at a top level. We are getting a WR that is proven and that is what Josh Allen needs. How many rookie WRs did Mahomes have on his Super Bowl team? Kansas City had Watkins and Hill, and drafted rookie Mecole Hardman (6 tds but only 26 receptions). It was a steep price, but it is going to pay off big time for the Bills and Allen to have John Brown, Cole Beasley, and Stefon Diggs at WR, and probably a 3rd or 4th round WR rookie.

  5. Any good RBs from the XFL? They can sign with NFL teams today.

I did a little research on how many RB's tend to go in the Top 3 Rounds & what I found it's been between 6-8 RB's the last 3 drafts.

This year I expect it to break down as such:

    DeAndre Swift (1st)

    Jonathan Taylor (1st/2nd)

    Clyde Edwards Helaire (2nd)

    Cam Akers (2nd)

    JK Dobbins (2nd)

    Zack Moss (3rd)

    Eno Benjamin (3rd)

    Darrynton Evans (3rd/4th)

    AJ Dillon (3rd/4th)

    La'Mical Perine (4th)

    Anthony McFarland (4th)

I personally think if Cam Akers is there in the 2nd, when we pick he will be under serious consideration.

I know it's not high on the list for qualities in a RB, but:  check out the throw he makes @1:07, running to his left and thows the ball over 50 yards downfild right on the spot.  That's crazy for a RB.

Eno Benjamin looks like a playa.

I assume you meant Akers, not Aikens? I voted for him but think they wait and take a guy like Perine. Perine’s RB Coach at Florida is the brother of the Bills RB coach. I seem to be in the minority especially among the local media that the Bills won’t take a RB 2 early. I think they will wait until 4th or later. I would, anyway.

I'm starting to get intrigued by this Antonio Gibson RB/WR from Memphis. Where is he projected to go? Is he projected to be a RB or a WR in the NFL? Is he a fit for the Bills offense?
