I can’t handle another year of Frazier. Please dear lord, please let him find another job or get fired. I’ll donate $100 to buffalos finest charity.
It's McDermott... imagine Andy Reid blaming his offensive coordinator, Belichick blaming his defensive coordinator, or Kyle Shanahan blaming his OC...

Team needs to come out with fire in the 2nd half. We get the ball, players got to step up because it's not going to come from this coaching staff.

Team just completely outcoached so far. Embarrassing. They are playing chess and we are playing checkers.
Better get on track. This is currently the 3rd straight year we can't hold up defensively with our defensive head coach.
Get it together

Does Mcdermott even gameplan?

They know the game started at 3, right?

Andy Reid didn't win it in Philly... Tony Dungy didn't win it in Tampa... fans are fickle.
Both those franchises went on to win Super Bowls before the coach did lol
Dungy win 1 with prime Manning (vs Rex Grossman mind you)... he consistently choked in the playoffs. Incredibly overrated head coach.

It took Andy Reid 20 years to win a Super Bowl
They were lots of people who said he would never get it done either… he was always known as the guy who couldn’t get over the hump
And Eagles went on to win one without him sooner than he did.
McNabb and his QBs were nothing like Josh Allen, not even comparable.
If he only gets 1 with Mahomes, that's a failure.

Cool hype video for the Bills Bengals w Fitzmagic
Possibly the worst "hype" video I've ever seen. Self centered monotone soliloquy from a mediocre QB.
As amazing as the Tasker gonna be chilly hype video was, this is equally bad.
Are they for real?
I guess this shows some people will eat up whatever you slap a Bills logo on lol

Why does it matter that the other HCs don’t have defensive backgrounds? Every team’s DC calls the defense.
You're heavier on that side of the ball with coaching. Gameplanning especially.

I'll be fully supportive of getting value at the end of the first with a great talent at a position that is generally downgraded in the draft like G, C, S, LB.. all positions of need as well (except C unless Morse is cut).
We took Cook last year he looks great, no need to draft RB.
Knox monster contract means don't bother with TE.
I would also be a fan of trading down or trading for a future 1st given the cap situation next year.

Oh great, want to talk about my dead dogs too while we are at it? Yeesh.

A defensive coach with a all pro QB won Brady 6 rings
I think there is a lot of track record for the combination
Different ingredients. THIS recipe is a little different.
If our defensive head coach can't figure it out this year with a tattered offensive line across from him this week and a 1 legged Mahomes next week, it will never happen.

Should give us an advantage vs offenses but we shall see. We have the best QB (shouldn't be an argument with a hobbled Mahomes) and a defensive coach. Either this recipe works this year or never. Bengals have a tattered OLine, Mahomes has 1 leg, will not get another opportunity like this, let's get it. Put up or shut up.

that was a stunt, all for show. 2/3 of the respondents (only 1100 locals were polled) wanted a dome. no dome is coming because PSE doesn't want to pay for the added cost (i.e. "they" aren't building this complex)
Anyway, personnel decisions are never made based on fan input or displeasure (aske Fred Jackson if you're not sure). Didn't Marv say this?--when you start letting fans make your decisions, you'll soon be joining them in the stands.
There's a big difference between decision making and public pressure. If you think this team and the NFL are not susceptible to public pressure you haven't been paying attention the past 20 years.

That's not something the organization will consider.
It's a business. If he's not on the team next year, the fans simply shrug and move on. Everyone understands this.
It is a business, and like most successful businesses they consider (not driven by, but consider) the feedback, input, and wants/needs of their customer base.
It's silly to think an organization that took the time and effort to send out stadium survey to the fanbase to solicit and analyze feedback when building a $1.5 Billion complex doesn't consider the input of their customers/fans.

Greg Roman to Chicago if they stick with Fields, book it. Read option, half field read offense works great for a year or two then flames out, always does.

Sounds like he already knows this is his last season here...
It's genius to be honest. He's putting the pressure on the org through the fans.
We really don't know what will end up happening, he doesn't know..
But to put out that emotional pull and get the fans riled up is awesome on his part.

Flores takes no BS from anyone. Exactly what Kyler needs if he is going to be successful.
Then again, to Kyler, he already got paid so maybe that IS success to him.
But coach Flores is not going to stand for nonsense, and that teams needs some discipline IMO.
Flores himself is nonsense. Look at how he ran that offense in Miami! No coordinator, inexperienced position coaches splitting duties and bouncing play calling around!
Lol his tenure in Miami was complete nonsense, that's why he got fired.

Flores, unless he learned from his disastrous mistakes in Miami, would be a dumpster fire in Arizona.
He needs to learn to hire an actual OC and someone that can implement an offense, not split duties between two position coaches and bounce play calling around. He will be a nightmare for any young QB, unless he learns to correct his errors. Look at what the first year of a competent offensive staff did for Tua.

? We don’t play the Titans next season
Oh okay the tweet from Field Yates made it seem we were playing each other but they each host their own home game at the same stadium in London.

Yes, article said it's a home game for us in place of one of our 9 Buffalo home games, so an away game for our opponent (I'm betting will be NE, from what's on the list of teams that are playing overseas).
Apparently it's the Titans, thank goodness.

Completely outcoached in the playoffs, yet again. How much of Allen's career are we going to waste?
No coach has ever won their first super bowl with their team this late into their tenure.
Fire Mcdermott and bring in Sean Payton.
