This is the 2019 Bills with a better Josh Allen and Stephon Diggs.

    Sorry.

I love them and will cheer like crazy, but that’s it.  Flaws everywhere…everywhere on this team.  Defense, Offense, offensive line, defense against the pass, WR, OC.

They are MY team, but it just is so flawed.  Not that they can’t do some damage, but still.

    Go Bills

I think everyone might take you more seriously if you knew how to spell Stefon Diggs correctly.

Davis, Risner, Powers just aren’t fits in terms of what the Bills seem to be looking for in terms of high RAS type linemen. Not saying they won’t pursue them, but they don’t fit the type. Though I do really like Risner. Powers to me is a Bozeman type, heavy thick slow linemen who is only a fit in an offense like Baltimore’s. Davis has some untapped potential.

My target is the Jets’ Connor McGovern. He’s a fit as super high RAS guy. McGovern can play guard too. He’s probably my favorite target. He plays nasty. McGovern also fits the type in terms of a former college left tackle who kicked inside. Our entire starting five were left tackles (Spencer Brown was a RT simply because he played with Penning.) You are also hurting the Jets in the process. McGovern could potentially replace Morse or play RG moving Bates to LG, or simply plug in at LG. He adds to the position flexibility.

Centers Scott Quessenberry, Garret Bradbury Are super high RAS guys who could fit. Bradbury will be expensive. Max Sharping seems like a buy low guy Kromer could fix. He’s a former left tackle with some athletic traits. Billy Turner could be an interesting vet to kick  in to guard.

In my ideal dream world they try to work a trade for Chris Lindstrom or Joel Bitonio.

Whatever they decide to do with the OL I hope it involves bringing in at least 1 veteran player and a rookie, do not want 2 rookies being placed in starting spots on the line. Take a guy in round 2 or 3 and draft a developmental guy in round 5 or 6.

I know money is tight but it'd be nice to see the bills pony up in free agency and sign a top guard just coming into his own even though I know it would be pricey. I believe there's four or five solid ones this year.

Yes, there are a few options, I like Dalton Risner the best. Nate Davis and Ben Powers would be good too, and big upgrades from Saffold.

Some of my thoughts as to why they wait until mid to late rounds for OL and may depend on 1 guy, Morse.

If Morse returns and finishes his contract, I think our starting 5 are basically already in place.

Dawkins, Ike (I like Ike😉), Morse, Bates and Brown.

I think Ike returns and they like him, otherwise I don't think they would have kept him this year.

Doyle is already here as a SWT. I believe they will re-sign Saffold as he already stated he will do whatever it takes to stay. I also think they will re-sign one if not two of Q, Hart or GVR to have veteran depth or a FA guard(like a Risner?). So you're only looking at some depth and future starters for 24' and beyond. So I just don't see day 1 or early day two picks being used. Plus you still have OT's Anderson and Van Demark on the PS for the past year.

May not be popular, but all in all, 3rd or later for OL.

Also, Given our track record easing rookies in, I just don't see an early pick being used.

Please don't bring back Saffold, I would rather roll the dice on a 3rd round guard than put him back at there.

At first glance it is not a very strong OL draft at the top. WR position is promising, but I think the strength of this draft, keeping in mind that it is very early, is defense.

OL in the middle rounds has a bunch of guys that will be future starters.

First of all I am so happy and relieved that Damar is making a full recovery.  That had shook me up all week and was praying for the best.

Your medical assistant who performed cpr is a hero!

And I knew that UC would do a great job as they saved my life as well, when I had a workplace accident, breathing tube and trachea, 10 day induced coma.  They are a world class facility.

Now onto football.  My Bengals are getting royally screwed here.  I think the 2 seed is solid gold, don't think the Chiefs will win their first matchup even, and the 2 seed will get home field the rest of the way. They have been struggling mightily, barely beating the Texans, barely beating the Broncos.  No one is scared of them, maybe the Bills?  After that 13 second thing. More of a mental hurdle, I feel you guys are actually the better team. And wow is Leslie Frazier bad, we know he was in Cincy and we didn't want him.

I feel the Bengals would beat the Chiefs, so would the Jags, so would the Chargers, the Bills really ought to cause your better than them.

I just feel bad for our team, and city and fans.  We did everything right under hard circumstances.  And to get punished for it.  We were gonna beat you guys.  Period.  And our defense tends to get better second half.  Wish Bills did the honorable thing and forfeited the game.  I know many of you disagree.

And I read one post that said well Joe Burrow shouldn't of thrown 4 picks in the opener with the Steelers.  Yeah and he just had come off of an appendectomy, with brand new offensive line, and we still would of won but a freak injury of our long snapper, double torn pecs, so we missed an extra point that would of sealed it.

We're not that team anymore, and if anyone who can overcome getting f'ed by the NFL it's my Bengals.  Bring it on.

Damar Hamlin is great kid and I'm sure he will be back on the field for you guys next year.  Look forward to it.  Best of luck to you Bills fans except when you play my Bengals lol.

Yeah. Game was over after 9 minutes, Bills had no chance of winning. I can agree with much of what you said about the Bengals getting screwed, but why should the Bills forfeit the game? The NFL cancelled it. 9 minutes of football constitutes a no-contest since barely any of the game was played.

But NE has a much better defense from both a coaching and player consideration.  In a mid January playoff game in Buffalo that will be a much more important fact.

Only way NE even has a shot is if there is 60 MPH winds. NE has no offense to speak of, and Josh has no problems with their defense when the weather is relatively normal.

I honestly think beane and mcd need to make the call and forfeit the game. This is a huge mess now and other teams are being punished when it was our guy that got hurt. The league is prolly punishing the bengals in a way because they didn’t force to keep playing on us when mcd called it off. If you don’t think they are heated about that behind closed doors I think it’s being foolish. They clearly wanted the game to continue IMO.

For the millionth time, the NFL cancelled the game, not McDermott. I don’t know why it’s such a hard concept for some people to understand.

The Bills are the ones who ultimately chose to not finish the Bengals game. This was the right call, but they cannot be rewarded with the #1 seed without finishing that game, which seems to be an unlikely outcome at this juncture. If anyone gets the short end of the stick here, it's unfortunately going to be them.

This is not true, the Bengals AND the Bills both decided to not finish the game on Monday.
