    Too much emphasis on speed, mobility and flexibility, not enough on size, toughness and to some degree technique by the coaching team. IMO

    We have enough changeover in players since McD took over, that I have to put it down to coaching myself. I just wonder why it continues to be an issue.

    Have to say, I don't really agree. I think Oliver lead with his lid, and took a couple of steps and laid his hands on Ryan. Looked like RTP to me.
