Can’t wait for the Bills to go into the playoffs with this struggle bus defense they are running.

    Should be a total disaster.

Can't wait? lol dude. did you let the Pats troll veil down? C'mon, you can't wait for them to have a total disaster in the playoffs? Can we get a little more context on what exactly you think this team should do and why you think this season is a lost cause?

  2. For all of the Frazier criticism, he kind of handled Hill despite the TD. He came in well under his normal stat line and general impact.

He also completely eliminated Chubb during the Cleveland win. Seems to have a knack for neutralizing the best offensive player for what it's worth. It definitely isn't pretty, but interested to see if the trend continues in future games. With Chicago up next we'll have to wait a couple weeks though.

I don't think Vegas will see it that way. I know the award is supposed to be how valuable a player is to the team, but the award doesn't reflect that anymore. It's just a best QB season award.

But a couple more games like this and he'll have the most eye-popping stats as well. I'm sure there are some daily fantasy sport nerd ratios that others may excel at, but if he finishes the season with 4600-38td, and 850-8 on the ground? Hurts might get close but nobody else is doing that.

  4. If the eye test plays and passing stats weren't enough - could easily hit 4600 yards and 38 td through the air  - he's on pace to put up 850 and 8 on the ground for his best rushing season ever. His ypc increased again and is now at a career high level after this game as well. He's got to be back at the front of the discussion there's nobody like him.

  5. Hurts is running away with it but even from a stat nerd perspective Josh is a tier 1 anomaly. Very good chance of clearing 4500-30 again through the air which is pretty bonkers unreal territory as a Bills fan but I guess we're getting used to it because it will be his 3rd year in a row.

Where it really gets fun is when you incorporate his rushing stats which some still seem to overlook or even belittle for whatever reason. He's on pace for 800+/7 td on the ground which just makes him a mutant. And again he's done this before. He's got to be knocking on the door of all kinds of QB rushing records right now.

The played us tough twice this year; beat us once.  Without that loss, we'd effectively have a 2-game lead on KC.

But are you really worried about them in the sense of letting them into the KC-CIN-BUF tier? Serious division and playoff competition? I'm not. No doubt that they're pesky and may squeak into a Wild Card or two, but I'm not ready to crown them as serious competition as a lot of talking heads were just a few weeks ago.

They may not even make this years playoffs. Seem to have a good deal of discipline issues in addition to their very real QB mess. Next year could be a step back for them for all we know if they don't nail their QB situation. 3 weeks ago might be about as good as it gets for the jets.

  7. Niners-Eagles-Cowboys NFC supremacy gonna be a bloodbath. Money is unfortunately on the Cowboys, I'm not buying what the Niners are selling. Granted I'm partially annoyed that every dork that thinks four Bills wins in a row rings hollow seems to be a San Fran/CMC fanboy, but having a giant question mark at QB isn't gonna get it done in the playoffs. I called for White to get wrecked this week against a hungry Bills d-line, same will happen with Purdy in a week or two.

None of us have ever watched all 20 games that led to a particular teams super bowl. I bet if you did, you would find games like today. Just look at the rams game by game results from last year.

The 2012 or so Patriots broke a lot of brains. That run when it seemed like they were hanging 50 every week was the extreme outlier, but I think some still expect to see that from the Bills. There is no single dominant team anymore and there hasn't been for awhile.
