His argument is flawed! What he said was just a friendly F U to black people. research what DEI is…it’s just an opportunity. diversity in general is just good guys! You all arguing against it, just proves my point. If you’re against diversity, look at yourselves and think why. I watched the Cambridge debate and he didn’t look great when he was arguing with smarter minds than undergraduates. Outside of that, I didn’t have too much of an interest. As much as you say I haven’t watched him, I hope you at least watched that because he doesn’t fair well.

Seems like the first argument was about the civil rights act. What was the motive? First, it was an incredibly inappropriate thing to say but it was a way to bait the argument into DEI. It actually wasn’t an argument about the principle of racial equality but more about how it destroyed cultural consequences. Which leads into his argument of DEI. He doesn’t want to see a black pilot because? If you review that video in more depth, he goes into says that’s not who I am, that’s not what I believe. Why did you say it then? Racism isn’t as obvious as it was 40 years ago but this is what it looks like now. Whether you’re black, white, Indian or any race, you have to go through the same number of hours to be a commercial pilot. There aren’t special points to be better than another person…it’s just a number of hours and if your instructor doesn’t think you’re qualified and passes you, then they can lose their license. DEI isn’t replacing white jobs…it’s getting people of color and gender into programs that they may not have been able to. Becoming a pilot is expensive and if you’re not privileged (mainly white), it’s a challenge. and did you know there is a need for pilots? So we’re not even replacing white jobs…we just need pilots. The correct answer is draft a QB and make him look amazing (late rounds)…get that hype train going. Then trade him for a high pick down the road (i.e. Jimmy G, Matt Shaub). When you have an amazing QB who doesn’t get hurt (knock on wood), utilize a backup who has been hyped up by the organization. Mitch has crap ROI and wouldn’t even be the back up if Josh did go down anyway. Make your own value.

I live in Nashville; there is tailgating. Buy your alcohol the day before. On Sundays, you cant buy alcohol before noon at stores. You can only buy it at establishments before noon. You should for sure walk across the river after the game and enjoy all the bars and live music. They can play anything....like the shout song!!!
