It’s been going on for years. No it’s never been funny but people always clamor for him to come back ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Ya I don’t get it, just your typical jets fan, impossible to hold an intelligent football convo.

I don’t know that any of us have a clue what to expect from our offense.
Jets defense is stout up the middle but lack EDGE, with weak Linebacker/Secondary play outside Mosley and Adams.
Our OL will be playing together for the first time. Good and bad there. Bad, because we have to hope they gel quick. Good, because there’s a decent amount of talent on our line.
How will we use all the new weapons together... John Brown, Cole Beasley, Frank Gore, Devin Singletary.... what will the tight end spot look like?.. Do Zay and/or Foster make a jump? Has Allen progressed enough to efficiently use the new weapons?
In regards to the oline, the jets have the same issue. However, it’s a little worse cause there starting 5 haven’t even practiced together till this week.

Despite what that fan claims, it actually looks like Gregg Williams is misusing his players by forcing them into the 4-3 base.
It does showcase how great Jamal Adams is, though.
And the fact Gregg Williams defense have been outdated for years now. He hasn’t coordinated s good defense in over 7 years

He will cost us at least one game this year. Field position is everything this season as Allen plays so much better on the shorter field.

Once in a while it’s fine. Especially in the offseason. Found the show insightful and has me changed my draft plans slightly.

So I pretty much have stopped listening to Schoop in the last few months. I've heard that he loves Lamar Jackson and talks him up. Sal Capaccio is on WGR this morning talking about the season and the AFC. Lamar Jackson came up and Sal said "Man Schoop really loves him some Lamar Jackson. Like he really likes him as a QB but I'm just not there yet...I'm just not".
I thought some of you on here were exaggerating his love for Lamar but Sal, his co-worker goes on air and brings it up....I guess he is really infatuated with him.
He loves him for fantasy purposes, which makes sense. You don’t have to spend high to get him and will be productive. I’d rather go JA but schope mentioned him as well.

Clowney just does a number of things very well. Very active and disruptive sideline to sideline and he commands a lot of attention.
That’s the biggest thing, he commands attention. Gives OC a focal point on someone to stop and game plan around. That allows other players to reap those benefits.

I agree with your take on Allen. He is showing that he is a system type qb. I’m not knocking him but he is so much better passing the ball when we go 4 or 5 wide. He’s more decisive and such a better decision maker.
-
I love the response of Bulldog was that he was laughing from his gut

FeliCano has shown that is a great back up to Morse and huge upgrade over bodine.
-
I’m fully expecting him to retire from concussions just hoping he can play a couple seasons. However I wouldn’t fault him and be upset if he did. I do like the FeliCano move to center and excited to see him again
-
I’m curious if national media and the talking heads are flooding the 9ers Twitter feed. As a fan I would be upset but realize it’s practice. However, everyone with an agenda will tell us Allen sucks.

clowny is a type of defensive player you have to game plan for or he wrecks your offense. He’s not the best d end in the league but a dangerous one nonetheless. He’s a great grab for this defense if we can get him

No, Spain. Teller had two holding penalties and they were both in the same Dolphins game. He got his ass kicked in that one. I like him though. The leash will be a short one for Spain, I predict.
Also, to the poster asking about keeping Teller over Long: I think we need to keep three guys who can play center and one of them can't be Bodine. We have to keep Long. Ford can function as the swing tackle should Nsekhe or Dawkins get hurt. This would allow us to also keep Teller.
I absolutely agree with this and you keep a guy like Bates on the practice squad of two tackles get injured

I actually would be. He’s a more dangerous runner than cutler and jays biggest fault was his attitude.

I don't require the CJ Spiller speed guy anymore. Or even the Shady "juke" the defender style. I like Devin's straight ahead plan. He may not get the 50 yard HR play often, but I think he'll be that 4-5 yard grinder who can make guys miss.
Yep he reminds me as a mix of Travis Henry and Le’Veon bell.

Love it, though I wouldn’t put Foster or Shaq on there (that could change), leaving out taron Johnsonn is a crime.

With any team if your starter gets hurt you’re screwed and then if the backup gets hurt, season is over. That’s every team.

Everybody really needs to chill out with the Foster thing... he got cut last year because he didn’t produce during camp... but when the games counted the boy showed up... we’ve been fans of players long enough to know that not every player balls during practice...
Is it an interesting topic? Sure... Being blown way out of proportion? Absolutely... Relax y’all...
Agreed, John Brown is also taking his role but that’s ok. Brown is way more polished at this point so he should be more of a focal point. Having Foster as the fourth wr is ideal. That means everyone else is playing up to their standards and RF can just be a weapon against back up cbs

I hope they aren't regretting taking Oliver.
It’s all part of the process,. Ford and Edmunds are the only two rookies who came in and started at that their position first day of camp (under McDermott). And my guess is Ford won’t start out with the ones today. Read Astros report, Oliver was a menace lined up next two Star.

This really doesn't make me feel better about the accuracy issue. To be dead last in these metrics and not much better even after the break is tough to read. I get that short throws will help with that, but I always wonder just how much a QB can increase their overall accuracy. I feel like you either have it or you don't.
He is never going to be accurate. Just let him be like a Mike Vick. Someone who will make DCs worry about defending the deep ball
and scrambling ability. If they do that, he will be fine. Cunningham and Vick were so dangerous cause of this .

Just leave the stadium alone. It's perfect for the market. The only thing they need to do to sell more tickets is win more games. Buffalo needs to focus on improving their economy if they want to replace their blue collar clientele with box seats and PSLs.
Good take 30 years ago, not so much any more. The people moving into are young and tech savvy and future Bills games attendees. A new covered stadium downtown will still be affordable. It’s going to be a convention center/football stadium/concert/special event venue. A place that generates money more than 8 times a year.

I have never seen a fanbase so upset by getting a new stadium. I would love to see one built like the one the Browns play in. From what I have seen of it, it looks really nice and probably has amenities like their baseball stadium. Almost all the Cleveland area craft brews have a booth. WNY needs to get over loving their game day brews of Blue and Genny. Two of the worst beers ever.
A new domed stadium downtown is probably what's going to happen. Limit tailgating to Bills owned lots, aka no more Hammers lot, to generate more revenue and get people to spend more money in the stadium. I know a lot of you here don't want that but the team also wants to draw more family oriented people and limit the amount of drunks at games.
Couldn’t agree more form the beer to the dome. It’s going to happen. They want a new convention center and this dome stadium will act as that. The county would be much more willing to give some loot for a multipurpose facility. Being so close to the border, having a state of the art convention center is a great idea. Been saying for years, the perry projects is the target.

I think Foster and Jones start with Beasely serving as the slot WR. Brown will sub in and get almost as much playing time as Foster and Jones. We finally have depth at WR.
Brown is absolutely going to be a starter. His contract and skill set for Allen will dictate this. The only way he doesn’t start is an injury, which def can happen.

I am so sick of this guy and the narrative that he is a defensive genius. He once was but he has not adapted well to the modern nfl. In the last 10 seasons he’s had top 10 defense in yards allowed twice and in points once. Dude is over hyped and failed miserable last year with a way more talented browns roster.
