The problem is that he's shamelesss.  And so is his wife and nearly half the country.  They've all lost their moral compass imitating and supporting the fat cheeto.

Dems swing to marxism and authoritarinism and banana republicism is the cause. Anyone that expresses anti these along with a dose of common sense is labeled as maga by you and your party.

If they have it in writing, there's no reason for the AG refuse a lawful subpoena.  Let's be fair--a transcribed recording doesn't provide a full accounting of what actually happened.  Tone matters.  Attitude matters.  The recording may show evidence of evasiveness or deception.   Plus, if information was omitted or incorrectly transcribed, who would know?

Why is it ok for this AG to operate outside the law, just because he wants to?

Biden and Garland are above the law

What did you think of McConney and Tarasof’s testimony?

McConney knew Cohen was a creep and stated such. McConney grew tired of all of the lawfare directed at Trump and his organizations and wanted out. That doesn't make the NDA illegal nor does it not make the NDA not a legal expense.

I'm not going to litigate this on this board with you. Both our minds are made up.

The jury did hear the tape Cohen had on Trump…

The jury also heard about the texts that were happening at the same time. And so did Cohen for the very first time. The prosecution failed big time in that moment.

    This isn’t about me, precious.

    Stay focused, Trumpy.

    Who paid Cohen?

    Probably Soros today

The prosecution has almost certainly proven the case for the falsification of business records.

The step up is a bit more challenging. I think they got there but it’s really hard to tell without watching the jury. I’m a bit surprised the prosecution didn’t put on an expert witness to talk about the election law violations but it sounds like they have one ready as a rebuttal if the defense moves forward on their plan for such a witness.

Calling an NDA expense a legal expense isn't falsification. Not by any stretch of your imagination

Cohen has a history of LYING on behalf of the guy who benefited from those lies.

Cohen is about Cohen and lying to further himself has never stood in his way. He just can't help himself

The only way Trump takes the stand is if he forces his legal team to let him.

Would be a terrible idea. I hope he does it.

Even if he was losing, it would be a terrible idea. But he aint losing!

Really?  Trump attacks anyone attacking him, he's said every judge,  every prosecutor, in every case, is corrupt.

Clearly in this instance you've chosen to believe Trump.  You don't seem to have any deep knowledge of the case but correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm speaking for myself. I wish Trump followed me and my opinion more often

Not really. You’ve mostly just stated that the judge and jury are biased but failed to cite any applicable precedent that would lead one to think an appeal on such grounds would be successful.

Then you loudly and clearly misstated the law applicable to this case.

Gotta say, not very convincing stuff.

then you didn't read all of my posts

Simply because you think everyone is biased?

What objections raised by Trump’s team are going to be successful on appeal? Do you have any cases or precedent you can point to that would support this case being thrown out on appeal due to bias?

Should be very easy to answer if you are 100% convinced of an overturn.

All this has been answered above
