A lot of QBs lack arm strength he can still make all the throws required by an NFL QB he just cant launch the ball downthe field and Trent Edwards was winning us games before he got smacked n played scared until he was no longer our starter I dont think so I believe Mccarron has been in the NFL long enough to develop and understand how things operate and what it is he has to do to perform as a QB in the NFL and he is all we have until Allen is ready. I dont want Allen even touching the field unless it is a blow out...We have invested a lot into the kid we shouldn't throw him to the wolves he isn't ready to command an NFL offense and I think we should go all in on our investment of Allen and get him a great QB coach to develop him because Culley isn't that and we dont even have a proven OLine so we need AJ to play well and he doesnt even have to be great he just has to capitalize on our defense make a few plays and not turn it over...if we can get that out of AJ for a year or 2 until Allen is ready then we will be in great shape

I understand everyone wants to say it is because his receivers didnt help him but it is a proven fact Josen Rosen had the most dropped balls by a receiver coming out of this draft more then any other top QB

So the future of our 7th overall undeveloped QB who will need indepth coaching. A lot of one on one training and learn proper footwork and mechanics will be under the tutelage of a coach who last taught a QB in 1982 at Middle Tennessee State. The rest of career he has been a WR coach and a decent one actually he'd probably be better off coaching Zay Jones. Dont you think it'd be smart of Buffalo to invest more into their 7th overall pick Josh Allen by getting a top notch QB coach?

He wasn't even given a chance to beat out Dalton...it was Daltons team Mccarron could have performed better it wouldn't have changed anything...that is why the Bengals cant get over the hump because Marvin Lewis made the decision and every season it wasn't an open QB competition Dalton was named the starter from jump

I know that's what I am worried about as well He is not ready to play and it will ruin his chances at ever reaching his potential....Allen was drafted because of what he can be not because of what he is

I watched all the games Mccarron played for the Bengals and when he was in they just had a spark....He plays with a fire inside of him and I think he is going to actually take us a lot further then people expect...i hope before the start of the season we can atleast get a half decent OLine so he doesnt get killed....and i believe it is going to be a lot harder for Allen to take Mccarron's starting spot then everyone but Mccarron thinks. He has won titles at every level of football when he was given a chance....and i know a lot of people are hung up on arm strength which is Mccarrons biggest weakness but i would rather have an accurate, field reading, rhythmic, insync, and good decision making qb over one that can just throw the ball far and run faster then most. I think he paid his dues and learned the flow of an NFL offense. I believe he has learned how and what it takes to win games at the next level. He was a decent prospect coming out of college and I think he has done everything you want from a prospect to do sitting on the bench for multiple years and used his time wisely. So with his dues paid, hard work, and his acquired knowledge paired with his competitiveness he will balance out a savage defense and win us football games. Anyone else agree?

I'd rather get Brandon Marshall on a 1 year deal then Dez...To much money and a head ache but a 1 year prove it deal, to see if he could become the same player he used to be might be worth it. But I believe Brandon Marshall would be cheaper and less of a problem at this point in his career he would definitely give us some depth

What i love Edmunds and Phillips...And ive read every stat and watched games on Allen i hope he works out but go watch UNLV vs josh allen its 15 minutes he has some decent plays but he isnt a top talent and i think he can be the expection as well but i think we over paid and wasteda great opportunity

Not at all they did what they thought was best i believe it was a mistake which im allowed to think and i would have been happy if we came out the first round without a project QB and all our picks other people would have been furious but we've been here before when the fan base wanteda QB so bad a we got JP Losman and EJ manuel so to give it all up for Josh Allen the biggest boom or bust of this draft isn't something i felt comfortable with

Understand 100% but why not sit and wait for the Cardinals to trade up and spend it all because we have more value so the cardinals arent going to want to spend what it takes to move that high n the dolphins werent taken a QB tanehill can produce with a team around him thatlocker room has been a mess their coach loves tannehill he isnt going anywhere this year if anything and the cards moved to 7 or 8 we could have savedsome value if they didnt move until 10 id havr taken the chance at 12

And the Bills had a deal set up with the Broncos to go up to 5 so who knows what that would have costed...almost every scout is saying Josh Allen will need to sit atleast 2 years before he can start do you think a top ten pick is worth a 2 year wait n worth giving up 2 2nd round picks when we couldhave just drafted Watson last year n not even got all this draft capital to waste to begin with and had a proven player
