Looks like they won’t draft IOL early in the draft. I would love for them to get a legit power guard, something like Ford was supposed to be.

There is no reason they can't draft that, it just doesn't have to be in round 1. I expect them to find backup/replacements for Morse and Feliciano (and Star too) in 2022 with  2021 draftees. They would be developmental players. It's hard to start rookie O  linemen on a Super Bowl challenger. Draft, develop and let them compete for full playing time in 2022. I think it's important they do that actually and if you want better athletes at the position (which I think should be their goal) rounds 2-4 should offer that opportunity

The move back to six doesn’t make any sense to me. They’re going to be spending 2 first round picks on whoever they take at 6. Additionally, you could have sat at 12 and waited to see how the board falls.

Assuming they’re not in the QB game, they are probably looking at any of the two OL, 3 WR’s, Pitts, or Parsons.

Right now we know that QB’s are going too 3. Say Lawrence, Wilson, and Fields.

That leaves 2 picks where their primo prize could be gone. So they either want to move up again (unlikely, and why not just call ATL to begin with instead of messing with PHI) or they are alright with several of those guys (at least 3).

The question remains- why trade back up to 6 at this point in the offseason? They could have waited and seen what happened and pick 6 may come up with 2-3 of their guys on the board and they can wait to trade up till 8 or 9.

I totally agree. Why spend 2 #1's on pick six which seems certain not to be a QB. Picks 6 through 12 just don't have that much separation. Makes little sense to me

  3. No. Both Bills lines would have gotten the crap kicked out of them. Those Bucs lines are both outstanding and their speed at linebacker was pronounced. The Bills have a ways to go to get their lines to look like those 2 did. They need more premium players at those positions instead of mid level free agent types.

  4. The All American Football Conference Buffalo Bisons, playing at War memorial Stadium in 1946, played in a division with the NY Yankees, Brooklyn Dodgers and Miami Seahawks. They did not become the Bills until 1947. The color line was broken in football in 1946 by the Cleveland Browns of the All American Football Conference with Marion Motley and Bill Willis.
