You also took it out of context without reading the piece or listening to the embedded video.
Why don't you drop it ? Are you the interpretation police ?

It is a stupid title for their little clip. It could just as easily been titled “Allen’s rookie year of learning is almost over”. It is also presumptive that the lack of talent on offense will be fixed in the timeline that they decide.
Exactly

We all know that's not the case as does the writer who' covers the team for the Rochester market.
I knew that was the case before reading the title.

It's the wrong inference being drawn by you.
Whatever bud - I'm sure there are others who would read the title and feel the same way.

You're in the Allen Bunker Brigade I see. The author didn't write or say that he has.
No, I'm in the Allen is a rookie and expect some mistakes brigade. The title in the R-1st article implies he's been making excuses.

Hard to read anything that is titled 'Allen's year of excuses nearly over'. Allen has not made any excuses .... ever.

I’m fine with open and intelligent opinions. Who did he play TODAY? He played a BB team who routinely trounces rookie QB’s. I have never sworn he was the next coming, but he shows positives. He DID make some bad throws. Check out the rest of the rookie QB’s this year....and every year.
Try to keep an open mind. I have not decided one way or the other.
Generally, I would encourage all to go back and look at the rookie seasons of some of the greats before judging Allen.

Arizonas offence is as bad or possibly slightly worse then the Bill's, let's see what he can do if they get him some weapons just like Allen
He has Larry Fitzgerald - we have Curly, Larry & Moe.

Big day for Rosen today - 87 yards and a couple of sit down sacks.

I have yet to openly criticize McDermitt but today he was awful. His players werent ready, the game plan was awful and he just doesnt have the pulse of the game and adjust. Furthermore, another piss poor outing ST wise yet Crossman is still here?
Edmunds hasnt developed at all and today he had the worst day, imo, of his pro career.
Daboll called a terrible game - he doesnt have much to work with thou
Allen looked really bad at times- Draft another QB- not sold on this kid.
Kyles Mini Me does nothing for me, and KW looks like there is nothing left in the tank
Mckenzie just isnt an NFL WR and he scares me on Special Teams
Logan Thomas- dropped a sure TD
Say goodbye to Clay, Shady, KW, most of the OL, McKenzie, Alexander, Ford, Ivory and Hopefully Crossman.
Cool with all except draft a new QB - he's a rookie. And Lotelelui at 10 mil a year ?????
-
I don't think I've heard Star Lotelelei's name called the entire season.

What is adjusted completion % and where can we find this stat ?

Josh Allen is going to be a star. No blocking. Receivers dropping passes left and right. Draft/sign some help up front. Receivers. Running back.
This ...give him an OL and some offensive weapons and the we'll see.
My only gripe with Allen so far is knowing when to reduce velocity on his passes. His arm strength is almost a curse when it comes to touch passes.

Where’s Waldo! Whoops I meant Charles Clay! POS didn’t even have a catch today to my knowledge!
He had a shortie for 6

I hope he did. But Nah, he is a goner
Does Bowles even have a pulse ?

Did KB even see the field today ?

What the hell is wrong with McClappy even letting Haush try that field goal ?

You're probably correct. But his salary is fully guaranteed.
"I'd rather pay you $2.1M to leave the building than see you on the field in our uniform, ever again" is a fairly strong statement.
Doesn't look so bad when Sam Bradford made a guaranteed 15mil with the Birds. He sucked and you reap what you sow. Also makes me
believe even more he told Allen he didn't want to take throws before one of the early season games.
This one is on Beane.

8 yards deep in the end zone - closer to the tunnel when the game's over.

Wrong. Accuracy, at least from the pocket, is an absolutely trainable psycho motor skill. Do some research. Google it for crying out loud! This is one of the biggest myths about quarterbacks that accuracy, at least from the pocket, cannot be trained and improved. It most definitely can.
Allen was 18-33 with probably 5 throwaways. Couple of bad throws but I'll take it for a rook.
-
13 penalties for 120 - there's the game.

Hell of a play. Not the best throw, bit should have been a catch.
Up and down day for Allen, but some good steps forward.
Clay could've run back to the 2-3 yard line and made the catch. He's a stiff.

Allen is like my golf game. Lots of crap but there’s always those few beautiful shots that make me thing I could be great
Long as you play the 18th well, we're good.
