EJ Gaines is gone.  Don’t see him coming back

Sadly you are probably right - BUT - I have faith in the Bills to fill that opening competently.  I do however worry about what is going to happen to fix the QB situation.  They need to not check into the Crazy Town motel on that decision.  IF they get the QB situation heading down the right track many things will fall into place just like when the Bills got Kelly.....after he got here and it took a few years, things started to fall into place, crazy things happened even which were good - ie: the Bennett trade.  That would not have happened in years past with the line up the Bills trotted out both on the field and in the office.

    Trust the Process........

Since I haven't been voted to shut up just yet, (it is 50-50 right now) I will take my chance here.

What eats at me the most is our O-line. I think Woods injury hurt us really bad.

Dawkins was maybe adequate at left tackle.  The we have Incognito who is good. Next a hole at Center where woods was. And then a very weak right side of the line.

I don't see how we can put a rookie behind that line. And I don't see how they can fix that line enough to make it secure, while spending picks to get a QB.

And I can't see Cousins coming here to play behind that line. That would be kind of crazy if you ask me.

Pretty much you need a guy like Tyrod who is very evasive, to stay alive behind that line. So I am thinking in my vision there, the guy passed out  or dead in my bathtub, symbolizes whatever poor sap we get to play QB next year, that isn't Tyrod.

Plug in Gloy in that hole in the Center spot......hopefully Glenn come back healthy, draft another Dawkins or two and O-Line issue is pretty much solved kinda easily.

I feel for that bathtub guy tho........glad it isn't me but I wasn't at the party of yours.....interested if the girl was hawt or beer goggles hawt??

Why wood a good QB want to come here, with no one to throw to. (And what is KB going to be after his surgery)

If McBeane didn't think enough of Woods, Watson and and Goodwin and wound up with Mathews and KB both

broken down and  who did very little, what makes you think this D guru, has the smarts to know O talent.

WTAF!!!  Are you serious???  Matthews and KB both showed up healthy - they got injured - this is the NFL cupcake - see the Eagles - injuries happen.  WTF is a McBeane???  Get a freaking clue dude - really!  They off loaded all those guys for various reasons - again it is the NFL - this stuff happens.

The superbowl is this sunday.. and I don't even care. SUX to be you......

Don't have plans yet, and again, don't even care.  Again - sux to be you......

Usually one of my favorite days of the year, but my excitement for the game is at an all time low. AND yet AGAIN - SUX to be you.....

Sick of watching the Patriots, its really gotten old. Plus, the matchup blows. Nick Foles, seriously? Shows how bad this league is starving for talent.  Should be Wentz but will be more than happy to see the EAGLES win.....

Even if the Eagles pull of the upset, can you really take pleasure in it? We get to watch a bunch of a**hat fans burn a city to the ground. And for a 4th time SUX to be you....Philly fans are just as passionate as we are - some bad peeps put a bad light on things......lets see our fans are known for .....ummmm peeps landing on tables, peeps falling off hand rails and injuring other below them, BJ's for Kiko's jerseys, peeps wandering around drunk outside of a game and dying...and lets not forget the people on fire in the lots.....hey I am season tix holder from 1986 thru 2007...saw more than my share of crazee **** that makes philly **** pale in comparison AND I am from Philly and went to more than my fair share of games there......from the trenches I can tell ya, aside from santa getting pelted by snowballs - Who The F!@$ likes santa anyways?  Philly no where near as bad as you think, NO WHERE.

O well, heres to good food, company, and not getting 5-5 in my office superbowl pool this year. Good luck in your pool, eat lots and drink more - it will help you...

FYI - when I say this year's NP, I obviously mean a steal that was drafted later than he should be.

Because in a few years when all these pundits do their '2017 redrafts' pretty sure NP will be a 1st rounder, maybe even top 10 pick depending how his career goes.

In fact I already saw one that had Patrick Mahomes as  top 5 draft pick if they could redo it today, and he's a very similar player to NP just with a much bigger arm.

Dude - do you really believe this or are you just trolling???  Pretty sure NP will be a 1st rounder???  I sure hope so but the reality right now doesn't support such a ludicrous statement.

So, for example, Wood retiring makes it more likely that the Bills will trade Glenn for a pick.   If I have it right, he will cost the Bills $14 million in cap space to keep him and $11 million if they trade him.   The Bills have Dawkins to play left tackle, they seem at least satisfied with Mills on the right.   If they can trade Glenn for, say, a third round pick, they save $3 million in cap space (making it easier to sign a QB).  Then they can use a first round pick to get a quality center, if there is one in the draft, and use the third round pick they get for Glenn to draft another olineman to groom.

Respectfully - yer nuts.  I see them keeping Glenn, IF he is truly healthy .  Groy will slide into that Center spot quite nicely and leave that pick you wasted on a Center for a REAL positional need.  DL and LB.  Lets face it - as bad as we need a QB we need to solidify the front 7.......

Next year's bills team is going to look very different. We have so many spots to either add or replace. If we cut TT/Glenn, we need:

2 DL - Dareus replacement and an edge rusher

1 LB - we need an upgrade at MLB- REALLY NEED 2-3 LB's

2 OL - Wood and either a RG or RT; Incognito is old as hell too 3 OL?? UMM - Richie just went to the Pro Bowl???  Groy did just fine in EW's spot.

    1 QB

That's 6 starting caliber players we need to draft/sign; possibly 7. Beane is going to earn his pay this off season.

In an ideal world, I would:

    1. Cut TT/Glenn

    2. Sign Cousins - NOT gonna happen in this world

    3. Sign the best DL we can afford in FA  Or draft one!

    4. Rebuild the entire OL through the draft (drafting 2-3 OL)

    5. Draft a MLB

    6. Resign Gaines  AGREE 110%

It's a lot but it's doable. We would have to hit on our draft picks:  MLB/DL in first round; OL/OL in second round, is how I would go. Then in 3rd round go with a speedy deep threat at WR to compliment KB and Zay

    My thoughts.....

The other thing that could limit the market for Gaines is that he’s somewhat scheme-specific. He’s good in McD’s D but I wouldn’t put him in, say, a secondary that plays mostly man like Rex’s.

Personally I wouldn't ever wanna see ANY thing Rex ever again......any where any place....well maybe he would be good for laughs over in the XFL......thats about it tho
