I think he will get Darnold coached up. I think marriage of him and the New York media will be fun to watch.
Agree. I said this to one of my friends the other day, huge Jet fan.
Die hard Jet fans are not pleased. They wanted Mike McCarthy.
I think Gase and darnold can do well together, how Gase handled the ny media is another story.
I think the Jets will play better with Gase.

He might be a good coordinator, he's probably a really good QB coach, but the Dolphins under his leadership were one of the softest teams in the league. There seemed to be no sense of unity or brotherhood among any of the rosters he coached. Those teams would get down by a couple scores and that was it, everyone checked out. I've heard that from day one when he went to Miami there was constant discord in the locker room and he could never get a handle on things. I feel like the Jets rolled with him because of what he might be able to do with Darnold. But if he can't successfully lead the entire team it'll never matter.
Ive read similar stories but he inherited that team from Philbin. It was philbin who was soft. Gase cleaned up a little that year so they gave him the job to see if he could fix it, they made the playoffs on a miracle run in 16 and that was as far as he got. Once they started shipping out stars it was over .

I didn't see CJ Anderson on that list. I am pretty sure he is a fa. He looked really good running the ball this year.
I actually thought the same thing yest. if KC doesn't resign him we should def bring him in

Im calling it right now. Rivers will retire this year

If we don't make a big name trade with our 1st or 2nd i see our draft going like this realistically
In the 1st 3 rounds they will draft
a mash up of
A ER/DT pick
A WR or OL pick
A BPA pick

And he was far from a locker room headache. Nor did he sleep with Mark Kelso's fiance. Nor did he pout when he didn't get "enough touches". IMO, AB is not worth it.
Agree. Im not putting that drama in my locker room. Ive worked hard to build a culture, im not gonna piss it away for a great WR who can't play QB.

James Lofton was 33 when he joined The Bills in 1989.
Wow. I never knew that. I would never know by the highlights either.

Yep. I’m stunned they tried a drop kick for an onside ? Can’t that punter kick off a tee ? That thing had no chance
Yeah seriously. Wtf was he thinking. That ***** was trash on a stick, what a ***** way to end s good game.

Mcfly in the stye. That was a sick pass

I think this fo has seen the error of their ways st WR. Say good bye to the slow lanky lazy benjamin west coast type WRs. Were going all speed with a red zone target or two.
I was a foster supporter when he was a foot stool around here it was great to watch the 2nd half of the season unfold.

If they can score they get the ball to start the third quarter so could double up but first is to score and not give indy the ball back before half
Right. The Texans need to put uo points here. If the Colts go up by another 7 its basically over

Luck looks like a different QB with the coaching and OL change

Gut check time for young Watson

Rex is funny asf. Hell yeah he can coach in the afce. That wud make the rivalries even better.
Rex HCs the Dolphins and gets them in the hunt with a crucial game vs bills in novemeber that decides each teams playoff fate. Thats good booking.

Tl/Dr
The run game never coming together is why he got canned, not jus the jailhouse break sacks .

Allen has been great in the red zone historically throughout his career tho.
Sure he needs to work on his short and intermediate accuracy but he is money in the red zone. The guy had so many great throws that our WRs dropped in the end zone they cut 5 TDs offf his stats alone. Its even on YouTube.

His interactions with reporters regarding health of the QB, and state of the team. Editing can quite possibly cast someone in a poor light, but answers to the press regarding personnel seem snarky, bordering on ignorant.
Oh damn. The snark is real. Let those two snark it out in Arizona.

That’s a Madden season. And if Allen is running that much still, he will get hurt.
Are you playing Madden on All Madden PS4?
I could put up 40 to 45 through the air and maybe 5 or 8 on the ground.
But I couldnt hit OPs wish list without playing long ass quarters. Its a lot to ask even in the game.

This is a great post breh.
I bet they work him on this in otas and throught tc.
Hopefully he linksup wit Palmer again to work on his mechanics.
This kid can really be great if he gets the fundamentals down.
We know he can hit homeruns, he jus needs to consistently hit the doubles and triples to move th chains.

Both Gase and Rosen have spoken first, and thought second with comments.

If some of the chatter regarding personality and temperament is to be believed, Gase and Rosen are muy simpatico. ?
Whats the story behind ur comment bro? I matched Gase and the Cards because his scheme fits what Rosen does well. He jus needs to fix the OL and add a Solid west coast WR to sync with the kid.
Blakeman ref for KC *NE game...and *pats fans upset
