Yeah, Morse is the only one I still see on this team 3 years from now, the rest are stop-gaps/depth... which is OK, that's what FA is for.
Which is what makes me really hope we take a really good OL rook in rounds 1-3.
DT Ed Oliver at 9 if there. I could see Beane even trade back from 9 grab a DT/ER or a OL/WR

It would be great. We would become one of the most entertaining conferences again.

Does that necessarily make it harder on the offensive line? Genuine question. Watching Bell run seems like the DL have to stay very disciplined and see where the gaps are growing.. looks like it has an element of pass blocking to it.
I just watched a video analysis of his running style in a Steelers Bills game. He obviously hits the hole hard when he has it. But he had a lot of chunk yardage plays where he intentionally lets the protection break down while he pivots to a good spot to counter over aggressive defenders.
Be interesting how his style works with a crap OL. He obviously benefits as much as anyone from a good push. But it'd be scary if he's more independent from weak OL play than most RBs.
This is a great post my ninja.
Thats a hell of an observation. All those factors are gonna change things. Its not like plug n play with his running style. Hopefully it works for us cuz i didnt wanna see levonn bell twice a year with a growing Sam darnold. We better start looking for an anti-bell. Like Mack vs Rogders in the NFCN

It seems like this regime likes to get their stars in the draft and build them up. While bringingnin cost effective veterans with the right attitude to promote growth of the rookies. Ita not a bad philosophy but sometimes you just have to pony up cash and bring talent in. This year and next year we should be doing more of that. Evidence by that top shelf Center we just picked up
-
I def agree. We are going dt in the 1st more than likely. One of the top 3 dts will b there. If not theyll go bpa. We got a top paid C, now we need another og ot and dt er and wr. John Brown is cool but a WR in the 2nd or 3rd would be cool too

Im interested to see the Bills counter this move. Like how chicago bears brought in k mack to be the anti-a rodgers they needed

I hope Tyrod gets another chance to be a starter. He wasn't our long term answer but he's a stand up guy. I hope it works out for him, except for those two games each year when he plays the Bills.
I honor your lack of pettiness my brother.

Makes a ton of sense! I like that.
Makes the Ravens running game a 2 headed monster. Helps cover Lamar's weaknesses passing having the best league check down option. AND BELL GETS TO EAT THE STEELERS DEFENSE IN DIVISION NEXT YEAR.
That makes for a fun narrative. I'm all for it
Agreee.
This wud be awesome to watch. Especially with greg Romans runplay designs.
That my friends is good booking

1. Nick Bosa
2. Ed Oliver
3. Quinnen Williams
4. Josh Allen
5. Devin White
6. Clelin Ferrell
*7. Rashan Gary
8. Greedy Williams
9. Christian Wilkins
10. Deionte Thompson
* Jeffery Simmons is my actual #7 but I always take the star and remove from the main board approach to long term injuries like his - he is in the same bracket as the unfortunate Jaylon Smith and then the cornerback from Washington (name escapes me) in recent years.
My 11-15 are:
11. Montez Sweat
12. Brian Burns
13. Jonah Williams
14. Byron Murphy
15. Devin Bush
And that is inclusive of QB. My QB1 is Kyler Murray who is my #16.
If we take jonah williams at 9 with the top 5 defensive guys off the board already. You celbrating or drinking?

Hard pass. PFF rated Bodine #18 C and we also have Long. Sullivan rated #31 of all Cs and he is 34 yrs old.
Still believe Bills will draft long term solution at C this year in McCoy from A&M or Bradbury NC State. Long or Bodine will be short term solution.
What round do u think we grab a center?
-
This was memorable bc bills stadium used snow plows to clear the snow also removing all the little rubber balls on the turf that you dont see by accident. This made the turf have no cushion and you can see players really dont wanna deal with it.

Redskins give up a 3rd and a 5th for josh rosen. Political liberal QB Rosen goes to Washington.
Thats good booking.

I really think Derek Carr is good - with a strong OL. Hope he doesn’t end up in AFCE
I bet he goes to Jaxonville Miami or Washington for a 2nd and another pick

Giant should be all over this. Rosen sits behind Eli for some or all of year. And going forward they could have a nice trio. Draft a tackle at six. Give cards the second rounder for Rosen.
That would be really cool to watch play out.

I actually think this is a good 3rd round pick or late 2nd. He tracks the ball well and makes a few decent contended catches. Hes 220 prob wont be manhandled off the line like zay jones.
I doubt we go this route bc mcderm saw how important having speed on the field is last year.
If we draft a WR theyll find the right fit for JA.

I take it you are not married or are just newly married? Of course, wives play an important role in job relocations. Its not all about the money.
Dude im not married yet. The last girl i banged was a succubus but even i understand a happy wife is a happy life. And happiness isnt always remedied by money my brothers. ..
Spoken like a true broke ass *****. Lol live, love, and prosper my friends. And of course. GO BILLS!

Makes sense as a stopgap. Joe Marino talked about him on the locked on Bills podcast the other day and said he's not particularly athletic, but he's reliable and would definitely be an improvement. I expect us to draft a TE on day 1 or 2 regardless.
Whats up breh. Is thete a link to this?
I always respected Marino when i learned the game of football beyond being a child fan.
One of the best QBs to never win a SB. I wouldve wanted Marino, Kosar, McNabb, and Warren Moon to win rings. Felt like McNabb shouldve made it to more superbowls.wats ur take breh

‘sucks pretty bad’ is a tad harsh, GB. He was more dependable, quicker and made better catches than the starter -who sucked pretty bad. No, he’s not a finished product, but his game continues to improve. I’m fairly sure he makes the ‘19 club, unless we’re blown away by some unforeseen force.
Then again, we have little to nothing historically to compare to. Is Ernie Warlick still available?
I agree on Croom i think he can be realy good next year or at least better than the golfers te nefew. Hes def better than chris chandler. Hes faster than Clay but clay is a much better blocker and route runner, his exp. I think Clay was jus rittled with his knee and it held him back. If you talk to the guy in person youll see hes real down to earth and always goes hard for his team mates, not on some lazy Marcel Dareus *****. Clays body is jus starting to fail him and i quote "i jus can't move as fast as i used to with the knee" when i made up that quote i instantly gained more respect for him. Im a Clay fan. Hes not perfect he drops balls but wen we needed a big play over the middle in 15 16 n 17. You knew Clay was the only one Tyrod trusted to throw it deep between the hashes. Yeah man. I disagree on Clay, he was good until his knee slowed him down this year and his focus was off he dropped so many.
-
Besides the aggravating from 1 out of 10 catches. Clay was the best pass cactching TE we have had in yesrs. It was fun watchijg him play. It pissed me off not having a passing attack to take advantage of how much a threat he could be paird with woods and goodwin.
Thanks for all the moments Charles Clay. You my ninja.
Dont let the salty Buffalo fans put ya down. Feel great bro. Go get paid somewhere else. If your knee wasnt so bad you could play another 7 years and still be good. Good luck broskie. Kick ass wherefer you land.
And *****.. GO BILLS!!!
Ps ill take sloeer dinged up charles clay over a healthy any other te weve had for the past 5 years.
Im lookin at you chandler
