Same here bro. I wish they wouldve got Allen an OL and some weapons. He doesnt have enough time back there to fix his broken mechanics and turn it to muscle memory.

Maybe in a few years after he corrects his accuracy mechanics. Mahomes is simply much better than JA rite now. Hes reading defenses well and hitting everyone with hands for TDs. I wanna agree with you so I feel better about our QB situation but I cant. Machine is nasty. JA cant hold his jock strap rite now, and with all due respect none of the QBs this class can hold a candle to machine except for maybe Mayfield.

Those were actually his best plays. We wouldve had 3 points and some more momentum if he had thrown away that 3rd n 5 play too. Rookies gotta throw it away instead of questionable picks. Hell get used to it.

Itz gonna be Mayfield, Rosen, Darnold, then Allen. Just like most of us thought.
Allen is the most athletically gifted of them but also the most raw, needs the most imporvement.

This is what it looked like to me. Especially on the 3rd and 5 pick in the end zone. Hes trying too hard sometimes. And since the pack d hit him early and often he was responding to ghost pressure the rest of the game instead of trying to read the blitzes Pettine sent to him. It looked similar to a Tyrod Taylor game. Inaccurate, failing to read the defense, failing to get rid of the ball bc he couldnt trust what he was seeing. Kids a rookie tho, i think hell be ok as long as we get him ol help and wr weapons like la rams did for Goff.
