As if there won't still be rivalries.... In fact, some of, if not the best rivalries have been outside divisions between great teams who constantly competed in prime time games or playoffs.

Four-team divisions are dumb. If not just conferences, maybe just 2 divisions per conference.

The NFL is too stuck in its traditions sometimes.

Playing some teams twice a year is different.  Look at NE and NYJ this year.  They played us tougher than they played pretty much any other team.  Us playing KC as much as we have has been scheduling quirk and competitivness in playoffs.

You want larger divisions, fine.  Playing teams twice a year home/away is overall good for the league.  I know it's not perfect at times in weak divisions, but divisional games are different pretty much across the board.

You think he's nearing 100%? He had his foot in a boot a few days ago

Sorry, working with a 101 fever at the moment.  I guess the sarcasm is too thick.

Seriously though, he'll limp around, make a few big plays that move the chains, but otherwise have a quiet day of trying to make it to the playoffs able to walk.  His injury is pain management, and the games I saw him he seemed determined that it didn't hurt from snap to whistle.

I been wondering where that 95% came from.  It’s total BS

95% is based off non contextual win probabilities.  Ignoring the playoff situation, Ravens would be very strong favorites.

If you assume that Vegas does a decent job of setting odds, we are implied around 80-85% to get in depending on the book.

  4. I still think the ravens have a good chance of one and done against the browns with the winner of the east hosting the conference game.

Their offense is certainly more well rounded that in some prior Lamar years, but explosive isn't a word I'd use

  5. Taron Johnson.  Zappe has shown to be erratic and off target when throwing short, hot, and under pressure.  TJ is going to get a pick, as well as being part of a pressure package on a sack that leads to a big loss or turnover.

I expect the whole defense to show well here.  I'd love to predict a big offensive game, but just don't see it will be needed.

If Ravens beat Miami they clinch #1 seed and Lamar and the starters will rest week 18 vs Steelers which means easy W for Pittsburgh. So basically if Bills don't win out they don't make the playoffs if I'm reading this right

You're not reading it right.  In the PIT losing scenarios, they have to lose once between week 17 and 18.  This is listing all of the ways we can clinch a playoff seed next week.

Even if the scenario you suggested plays out, I don't know what about the Steelers makes you so sure they would win against Bal.

I know you have posted multiple times indicating that you don't understand playoff seeding, but trust basically everyone else in the world that understands there are far more ways for the bills to get in at 10-7 at this point than to be out.

Regardless, win out and we're in is the most sensible path.

No games being replayed on NFL Network.

Nothing listed on until repeat of Amazon game on Friday.

TEAMS TBA but the 3:15 am game today (Tuesday) was supposed to have been replayed and nothing listed.

Maybe it is an issue with NFL Network webpage itself; will see if a game is replayed at 3 PM.

Maybe their production team was off for a day or two?

Looking very, very likely we are playing Miami or KC week 1 of playoffs, regardless of whether or not we win the division

I've had a few beers today, but I'm seeing the 2 seed with us hosting Miami, home for divisional, and hosting KC for conference (I see Baltimore losing to the browns).  Either way, BUF/KC conference game is becoming more likely.

Th alternative is looking like @Miami, @BAL, @KC.

Because Bass has been off this year.  This is the first week Bass has even really kicked a kickoff into an endzone in forever.

Bass has been sketchy this year, but that's not a good measure.  It's been clear for years that we want the ball to land around the 5 and force them to make a decision.
