  1. Bills d lineman could have it too. They were all over Darnold on sunday
  2. Definitely seems like he has a plan and I like what they have done for 2 years. But it likely comes down to Josh Allen. If he's good, everything else will fall into place one way or another. If not, I imagine a slow painful few years before Coach/GM are let go. I dont think Josh Allen will ever be a disaster with the team going 2-14, so I think the low end of this "process" is a few middling seasons with 5-7 wins and people want a new direction. High end is yearly contender.
  3. It's hard to know anything. If the offer was 12, 22, and a 1st next year... yeah, I don't think the giants take that. All along, I think a realistic offer is 1, 1, 2, next year 1, and maybe more. Whether the giants do it or not is another thing. But just 3 1sts alone is probably too little.
  4. I think they have to take a QB this year. I know the GM/coach are likely on 5 yr contracts, but if they pass on an early QB this year, you'd be in year 3 (2019) before selecting one and by then the seat may be getting a little hot, not to mention growing pains of a rookie QB. The Bills pick is probably going to be in the 10-15 range (I think they about 7-9 regardless of QB). The Chiefs will probably select around 20 depending on how they finish. Trade partners are likely Giants/Colts/49ers/Bears. Each is rather poor this year and will probably not be looking at QB (I know about Eli and Luck, but I think both teams will resist a QB). Cleveland sits at #1 and has to take a QB. At some point, they have to start trying to win games, not stockpiling future picks. If the Bills sit in the top 10, I could see them trying to package something to move up with one of the teams mentioned above. That'd probably take both 1st rd picks and something else. I'd probably only do it for Rosen/Darnold (if he declares). After those 2, I think Jackson/Allen/Mayfield/Rudolph fall into the 2nd group. They may sit tight and see who falls to them.
