I suppose it’s possible. I just don’t believe McD is the type of coach to get cute with the division crown a possibility by looking that far ahead. Especially, with a home playoff game in the balance. You win that game and the Dolphins still win, we’re talking about a home playoff game today and the Cheats are on the road. Granted, we’ve played better on the road all year, but given a choice I'm taking a home game all day.

Agreed. But, I’m probably in the minority around these parts and actually enjoy Cris Collinsworth. I don’t know if it’s his affiliation with PFF or some sort of perceived bias, but people give him a hard time around here. Personally, I’ve always enjoyed his insights. Even back to his Inside the NFL days on HBO. Used to love catching that show in the 90s after a Bills win.

Others have mentioned it in this thread, and I’ve spoke of it in other threads, but to me the biggest issue has been weather. Wind in particular. Yes, it’s Buffalo and outdoors, so weather will be a consideration later in most seasons. However, I recall having to deal with really high winds most of the home games this year. Even games in the months where wind isn’t typically a concern. Just think it was a quirky factor impacting the home slate this year.

The fact they didn’t double Edelman all game or at least put Tre on him still infuriates me. That was a huge part of the Dolphins win and why we lost. Don’t have a clue what McD was thinking.

These days, in the age of constant data breaches and information security threats, you are taking a real risk giving any third party (aggregators or otherwise) your banking credentials. Just about every online security expert would advise against it. ?‍♂️

While it could be, don’t know if it’s a pain tolerance thing. Rather, it’s probably pretty wise to keep weight off things, particularly when you don’t fully know the extent of the injury. We all like seeing guys “walk it off” to give us comfort and because it’s what we’ve become accustomed to, but I look at carting guys off as being overly cautious. Why make them walk all the way back to the locker room when the cart is just sitting there. A very minor tweak to the norm and the way things have traditionally been done. Just my 2 cents though.

McD has prioritized special teams at the expense of the offense all year. I expect the same Saturday. DiMarco, Perry, Julian Stanford, etc. offer zip to their respective sides of the ball, but will be active. Look, I get it, someone has to play ST, but it’s more important to me that we give Josh every available weapon to score points (e.g., Duke, Yeldon, Sweeney). I refuse to believe those 3 guys, who have played football their entire lives, can’t run down the field and make a Ficken tackle on special teams, or at least redirect them toward someone that can.
