Dorsey is not the problem. McDermott is the problem, trying to be an offensive coach. Daboll gave McDermott a big FU, and we saw how cold their greeting was at the end of the Giants game. The offensive was also better under Daboll.
That is why so many coaches have left. Spot on. Daboll hated that guy. All the receivers loved Chad Hall. He went to some team and it wasn’t a promotion. That could have been one of the things that Diggs was pissed about.

Holistically? C'mon man. Enough with the culture building and psychology analysis. He's reaching too much with connecting to the players. JMO

I've mentioned this before but he has a broken bone, plus torn ligament & cartilage. I was surprised he has been playing at all.
Also this might sound callous but I take this as a positive. We need undependable players to stay off the field. Kincaid and Morris catch the ball.
He had that brace on his wrist a few weeks ago when they showed him at Sabres game.

This is why the Eagles are elite. We sign Trent Sherfield, they trade for All-Pros.
Don’t worry we have Josh Norman. Wait until he gets up to speed.

His pick yesterday was a high-low concept the Bills run like 10 times per game. If the DB takes the underneath guy, then Allen is supposed to throw to the high guy. If the DB takes the high guy, then Allen is supposed to throw to the underneath guy.
Peppers said in his post game that he recognized the play and knew he was going to get a pick. He knew Allen was going to throw to the high receiver before he had even thrown it.
That is on Dorsey IMO. If the DB on the other team knows the plays well enough that they know exactly where the QB is gonna throw it, then that is a problem.
Getting outcoached often lately.

When you look at all 22 he is missing open guys all over and seems to be keying in on one guy in the route the entire time.
The turnovers at the end of last year amd jets game were bad. Like he didn't see the defenders.
What are chances he's locking in on one guy because he isn't trusting what he's seeing now.
He does not scan the field like he did a couple of years ago. This started last year. I believe part of the problem is he doesn’t trust his line. Just my opinion.

I turned the TV off after the Pats scored that last TD. I was just talking to a friend from Buffalo who said that Allen threw a deep pass that Diggs should have caught putting the Bills in FG position. Is this right?
Would have put us FG position but we needed a TD.

Wondering why McD is so involved on the headset between offensive plays? He covers his mouth like he's doing the playcalling?!?!
Ask Daboll

Pegs, clearly. Bean not as much an issue as the piss poor coaching staff
The problem is the coach hired the GM. I believe the GM will never fire the coach. So Terry would have to do the dirty deed except he thinks these guys walk on water. He needs a football guy over Beane.

Time to switch this offense to fast paced no huddle all the time like the Kelly days.

Josh looked so much more comfortable in the pocket than he does know. Not sure if he doesn’t trust his line as much now. He also looks like he was scanning the field better than he is doing know. I believe Daboll seemed to scheme players open more than Dorsey does which made Josh’s life much easier than it is now.

I love the 2nd and 10 inside draw for a loss of 3. That helps your QB out immensely.

I just hate this offense!!!!! Can we do some roll outs, bootlegs, more play action….. I just wish we could execute a RB screen pass.
Such great imagination to this offense
