Not exactly jumping out of the gates here. Allen looks off early.

looks ok on LG TV
I usually use Hulu live so I probably need different settings for this peacock app but I don't want to spend the whole game messing around with contrast and color. I guess at least I'm watching the game.

Using this stupid peacock app on a roku tv ................... my picture is crap. All the color is washed out. I messed around with settings for a few minutes but I just want to watch the game. Am I the only one that peacock looks like garbage?

No one wants fumbles. The locals here in Indy think he is a good returner.
Sportrac says he's an unrestricted free agent in 2024 think Indy brings him back?

He was their primary punt returner and doing a decent job at it.
I'm not sure fumbling a punt return in 2 of his last 4 games is what you want from your kick returner.

Forgot our own James Hardy ..... 6'5" 220lbs ran a 4.49 40. Never realized the rest of his story. Another troubled receiver along with Jones and Pryor.

That reminded me of Terrelle Pryor. I think they both played QB at one time and ended up at WR.

Brandon Marshall 6'5" 232 ran a 4.53
Ed McCaffrey 6'5" 215 ....... trying to find his 40 time.

Atwater was no "little" safety. This is a clean example of hitting. If you are drawing flags and getting head shots on someone already wrapped up or already on the ground I'm not impressed. Even less impressed if you are cleaning out your teammates half the time.

Leonard Smith plays SB 25 I bet we win. It would have been just what the doctor ordered to stop Anderson and his 3.3 yards and a cloud of dust.

On the Cook TD run the commentators pointed out 6 guys in the box. Why the hell wouldn't we run it? Running it on them all game why the hell was Dallas only playing 6 in the box? Either way maybe we finally learned if they give you a light box, take it, and run it down their throats. Want to mention Johnson played well spelling Cook also.

We beat the Dolphins by more points but this felt even more dominant. We throttled the most hyped offense in the league
One of a very few games where the defense seemed to have things under control for the whole game. McDermott might have finally figured out the right mix of coverage and blitz. We ate clock like we had been putting teams away easily all season.

Not really - he was having a pretty terrible game before the score forced Dallas to become one dimensional.I saw him miss one tackle on a run up the middle otherwise I'm not sure what you are talking about. Secondly if Dallas was playing one dimensional and Dodson wasn't a complete liability in coverage then he's definitely getting better.
-
Anyone else really feeling like Dodson is turning into a pretty decent LB?

If I had a dollar for ever time I typed run the ball more over last two seasons I'd have a million dollars. Not a peep today. Keep running the ball. I love it. When they stack the box throwing will be that much easier but honestly we're good enough you still run the ball just to keep them honest.

Almost all of Von's snaps come at LDE. He again looked pretty ineffective but then they moved him to RDE and he was getting pressure. I'm not sure if it better suits his injured leg coming off the right side or who was playing left tackle for the Chiefs but switching sides made a big difference.

Von had a few effective rushes at the end. Bad game overall.
They moved Von to the right side and he was way better. Maybe he could use his good leg, maybe the tackle was worse on that side, I'm not sure but he was noticeable better from that side.

Luckily Toney lining up offside bailed us out…and the refs having the guts to make the right call in a critical moment too
Sadly I never once trusted the defense to win it. I was actually relieved when it looked like the Chiefs scored because I figured it gave the offense a chance to win it. I guess the defense did it in the Giants game with the no call. At least after the penalty (which was legit) the defense made plays and actually shut the Chiefs down. Maybe they can build on that and we can put teams away in the 4th with a little more regularity.

Thing about taking the short throws is that your guys have to make the catches to keep the chains moving. So many drops in todays game. Allen loses confidence in the short passes and Spags starts blitzing bad things happen. Brady needed to run the ball more either in spread with Josh or in 22 with a rb. Get out of the bunch formations where the corners can blitz from 5 feet away because you have everyone in tight.
-
I'm still kinda pissed they ruled that Kelce catch legit after they didn't give us the fumble recovery against the Eagles.

Still not happy with are time management. 2:12 left in the game and you throw it 3 times taking 15 seconds off the clock. Run it 3 time. Avoid a sack and keep the clock running. I guess thats to easy for McDermott and his staff
This ........... and not jet sweeps or something that loses 5 yards. You run it right at them. Make them use time outs. Get it to under 2 minutes and if you can get it to 3rd and 4 or 5 you let Allen go full cheat mode on them for a first and you run out the clock and kick for the win.

I'm not going to lie .......... my first thought when I saw the lateral and the TD I was thinking at least Allen has almost a minute to try to score.

Bills offense was back to falling on it's face. Get out of shotgun and run the ball and use play action. They're not going to blitz all day if you'r running the ball down their throats and hitting the TE's on 3rd and 4. The teams time management is still beyond horrible. Luckily the defense bailed them out.

I'm not going to say that wasn't a grab by Benford but i will say I see that every game I watch and never see more flags than when we are playing.
