But is it just me or does it seem like he gets called a whole lot less for Holding and Pass Interference penalties.
In Buffalo he gets flags in New England announcers drool over his “coverage skills”
Exactly! If he's still on the Bill's he's flagged for his "stellar play."

Actually I normally feel ill after a Pats SB win but that game was so excruciating to watch I'm in a strange state of indifference right now!
That's it!

Not the highlight but I did take note of them
It appeals to a different kind of fan I guess
It just seemed like any time the Rams got something going...a flag was thrown.

I like defense. I was more than good watching this game.
I appreciate defense as well, but this game was frustrating to watch.

Would have been a better game had it been the Chiefs. Would have seen more offense for both teams.

Well then, that settles it. He must be killed.

I really don't see any reason why - in the playoffs - we don't simply play it NBA or soccer style and add on a normal 15 minute period. The chances of a tie after the additional period are low enough that it would probably resolve 80-90% of ties without anyone whining about "fairness." It can't be unfair because it's just a continuation of the same game with the same rules, not based on something random like which side a coin lands on. If it's tied after the additional period, well, that's when some other rule more arbitrary rule can come into play.
This makes a lot of sense. For those that argue that the defense needs to make a stop...both defenses yesterday were giving up points, particularly in the 4th qtr. NE should have stopped KC from getting into field goal range with 39 seconds left to tie the game. So it came down to a coin flip as to whose offense got to touch the ball first. The same argument would apply if KC had won the toss and scored and NE didn't get to try to match it. A coin flip decided the game.

I actually am not watching. Every time I turn the game on it's negative for KC, so I'm following the game on this thread and watching the National Geographic channel. So hopefully the cheers for KC continue.

Really hoping the Pats win it all, because if they do, I’m confident Brady will retire. GO PATRIOTS!!! ?
He'll never retire. He's like Rasputin or herpes. He'll never go away!

When will they learn to jam Edelman at the line?!

Steelers over Seahawks, Bettis retiring with a ring.
I had a colleague in Seattle. I saw him at a conference and told him his team got hosed in that game. He thought only Seahawk fans thought that. Nope...any true fan of the sport felt that way.

I hope! Not that I was ANTI-NO. I'm anti-Pats.

The only thing I agree with Belichick on... EVERYTHING should be reviewable.
WOW. And the replay shows the whitehat turned his head just before the contact. Inexcusable. And you KNOW there has to be a directive from high up to keep the Rams in it to solidify the LA market.
That means the Pats would be favored as well. Bigger market.

Wow...what a hook!

That should have been a flag. Helen Keller would have seen that.

Ted Ginn Jr., who woulda thunk it?
Joyner had his eyes on the ball, forgetting Ginn can occasionally catch the ball.

No....you've seen evidence of various crews taking over games. I guess it comes down to the idea "you could throw a flag on every play." Sadly, some crews take that literally.

Nice jam on Kamara. The Chiefs need to do that against the Pat's. Messes up Brady's timing.

Saints have been holding as well. Apparently the refs are letting it go.

Gosh that interview with Brady! "I know everyone says we suck. We can't win." No, Tom, it's not that anyone believes you "can't win." You just suck...period, end of statement.
I hate his false humility.

Well seeing how Bradley is too dumb to make in-game adjustments this is just an absolute pathetic display of defense. They've basically thrown in the flag.
Exactly. He's using the same D he used last week against the Ravens. Trouble is this week's QB can pass.

Yes...and if Norwood's kick is good, it's a totally different narrative.
