When you sign for 4 tears and a reported $48M, you can afford to be and say what you want,
but is a real lunatic a WR running around naked with blood on him?
A coach who is changing the culture, (to what, a frat house?) dumped a WR talent, to draft a WR?
Watkins, Woods and Goodwin have moved on, for also a damaged WR who was so banged up
coming from Carolina, he has needed surgery in the off season I believe.
I forgot , Matthews and Thompson have moved on, but we got K Clay back again.

Ranking Players in the draft by the Bills and others without knowing what is in their hearts, a big danger.
Read today that Riddick of ESPN said in effect he didn't think any of the QBs in this years draft were top drawer,
and Payton of the Saints said he would not be surprised if in 4 or 5 years only 1 of the guys was left standing.

Not a favorite type of player for many, but better than anything we got, and if the object is to win games,
he is a need, as we are not getting Sammy, Woods or Goodwin back.

RocCityRoller is so spot on with this thread, how can anyone disagree with him.
But some of you do, and that's what makes horse races.
Of the 4 top QBs, the average is 2 will make franchise QBs. If you are lucky 3, and unlucky, only 1.
If the Bills are dumb enough to trade draft choices for one, will they be the team to pick the wrong guy?
The only decent WR is coming off of surgery, and will he have lost whatever talent he had?.
The #2 WR was last seen running around naked with blood on him and management did not even
have the guts to disipline him. So much for trusting the process and changing the culture. They
changed the culture alright to a high school frat house.
McCarron better increase his health insurance with this OL, and why would any QB want to be drafted for
this team the way it is now. The D held up against Jacksonville, so they had better draft WRs and OL
men who can play, otherwise kiss the year goodby, before it starts.

He actually did the Bills a big favor by retiring before the draft, not after.

For McDermott to call what Zay did a "unfortunate situation" and "our plan is for Zay to continue to remain a Bill",
at the same time not addressing the WR and TE positions at all since the season ended is very mystifying,
because whatever QB is throwing the ball, needs weapons to throw to, and unfortunately we may just have
this situation be the worse in the NFL. I also recall Clay not being sound enough to practice much, Benjamins
surgery, Zay and really nothing else also of NFL quality.

I posted this on December 17 and there seemed to be a difference of opinion on the topic. I don't know if anyone
has changed their opinion, but if "trust the process" is winning at all cost, why trade Sammy for nobody (Gaines is
now out of Buffalo, and Dareus traded for practically nobody), you would think that management would want
at least high character guys instead of whatever nonsense went on with Zay.
I doubt anyone will ever know the exact truth of what went down with this guy that day, but I guess when the only
real WR you have, is one having surgery this off season, then you have to "trust the process" with Zay.

Having said that, TT has had 4 OCs in 3 years, a new system with each one.

We all know TT is not great, but he played better than 24 other QBs (19-43) last year who played, many of them
starters. He is a starter in the NFL and with better OC and Rs who can catch the ball and run routes
he will probably start wherever he goes next year. Of course he is not better than NP as many on the board
willl tell you.

This is a democracy and a Capitalistic country.
The business of the country is business or making money. It is why everything works
in the U.S.A. Stop complaining and harassing the man. He came to explain.
Without Bills news in the BN, there would be so many more empty seats, which would
mean not enough money to pay everyone in the organization, and the Bills would be gone.
Why complain here, go to Facebook and Twitter with complaints, that's what they are
there for besides to make money, just like the BN wants to make money, just like the
Bills want to make money, just like you want to make money.

Does anyone really think that Brady would be still be the greatest if he didn't have a OL to protect
him. The way to beat Brady is to pressure him. The Bills played the Pats twice this year, and Brady
did basically what he did whenever he plays the Bills. You want to compare their pass catchers with
the Bills, really, for instance Gronk against Clay who is so banged up he can hardly practice.
I don't care where the Pats get their players from: the draft, free agency, or the BIlls. Year after year they
draft near the end ofeach round, and year after year they win the AFC, and mostly go to the SB.
They know what they are doing, the Bills, Jets, and Dolphins basically don't. End of story.

Again, does he gave anything left. He is talent though, which is what we are lacking at WR.
