This is actually a good point. It wasn't even the weekend, it was a school night. Being in Colorado, she's probably some sort of irresponsible pothead. Sad!

I think most of you got jokes but just in case - the police report stated she was on the couch holding their child.  This implies to me nursing or bottle feeding or otherwise coddling the danged thing back to bed (maybe or maybe not) without using infant Tylenol as a helper.  Cripes.  Amatuer hour around here.

The part of that which stuck out to me.was that her husband was maybe also awake while she tended the child. . .he's not wearin long enough pants ya ask me.   ;o)

    3 lbs ground beef (90/10)

    2 medium yellow onions, chopped

    4 cloves of garlic, minced

2 poblano peppers, chopped & seeds (mostly) removed

1 16 oz can each of Kidney, Black, and Cannellini beans, rinsed & drained

1 30 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 15 oz can diced tomatoes

    16 oz beef broth

    3 tbsp chili powder

    2 tbsp cumin

    1 tsp cayenne pepper

    1 tsp oregano

Brown the beef in a pan and drain off excess fat. Add everything to a slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for 7 hours.

Why such expensive beef for chili?  If health reasons then ground turkey actually works well with chili; else save some money.

I still wouldn’t call that rebuilding. I’m in the construction business. The Bills are currently  in the DEMOLITION phase. There’s very little Reconstruction going on yet as best as I can tell. They kept some of the old walls and a bit of roofing but it won’t be long before they discover that just make the project take longer! Time for another visit to Home Depot!

Well, everyone really, really wanted to end the playoff drought last year which was like putting in a new driveway when they should have been starting the demo.work.  Then everyone really, really wanted to trade a ton of our draft stock on a QB and that cost us a lot of our materials - thankfully not as much as some here were willing to spend though.  That was like putting in the in ground pool before rebuilding the house.

The fans are complaining about actions that I see them having wanted.  Maybe the wrong josh for some though - but Rosen is a small handed, self entitled, why-not-me at the draft when he was not picked as early as he thought, little kavanaugh like douche  kid.  No big loss there imo.

The Pegula's wanting the antithesis of Rex has backfired.

Put the pool table and video games back in the locker room Coach McClueless.

Oh, hell no.  A loose and non winning culture was reported by players in that locker room over the last decades.  Rex then dialed it to 11.  Fumigation is now half complete.  Time to get serious here people.  Gosh.  Idiots!  ?

  5. Great arm and throws into tight spaces.  Personality also it seems.  He needs resources to work with now.  Five games with one of the worst NFL offenses in memory.  It's not the other two who've taken the field this year were any better (three if you count AJ in pre season).

  6. This town destroys young QBs careers.  I am of the opinion that the fans and local media are a large part of it too.  These kids come here and people are so impatient - beyond impatient - they expect the kid to fail and root against him where every mistake is magnified into an "I told ya he sucked."

Some here have told me that they are professionals who.have been under pressure all of their lives and can take it.  That they don't pay any attention.  Etc.  Nonsense.  They are very young men under a ton of pressure, trying to have a career as other than car salesman,  and being hated on daily.  They are human.

Jim kelly retells his story about arriving in Buffalo airpoint frequently.  He expected to be hated here after refusing us amd escaping to the usfl.  When he arrived at the airport the first time he was greeted by a crowd who cheered him which he thought very unexpected until he got to know us.  Anyhow, he tells the story likely as it was a real moment in his career here.  What if those people had been there to throw hate at him that day?

To those who make these posts (all the haters) I wish you would come to the realization that the 12th man on the wall at the stadium is not meant for you anymore than it's meant for the dolphin's fan a section to your left.  Not saying to be a complete homer but how about less of a cancer?  FIVE games!  Cripes.

  7. OP just wants another person to watch get beat up in here.  Tyrod sucks threads are 2017 and JA, KB and McBean hate threads are getting tired and simply rehashed leftovers daily.  But a new czar - that's all fresh pickins.  Ha

This looks more like a PRE-building year. I don’t see a whole ton building of ANYTHING going on right now. Do you?

They're fixing the D which rex amd his idiot brother ruined and getting JA experience while also evaluating who is a maybe and who is gone next year so as to make better decisions in the off season .  next year will be a young, new offense making its mistakes and learning and then, hopefully, 2020 will see our young new team proudly  take its first big boy steps.

  9. Oh, boy.  This thread is embarrassing.  When did Bills fans become such snowflakes?  "We're going to be embareassed on national TV!", "Brady said the pats were gonna win!"

    Grow a pair people.

Ya know something - we have always stunk on MNF.  Including the golden years.  And the pats?  They have a long history of stink on them too; just not recently is all.

If I were a pats fan and came across this thread I would be posting links to it in my team's forums and having a hell of a laugh.  Just sayin.  Why give them such a reaction?  My kid had a yard sale in front of the dugout after striking out last summer.  After the game I asked him how he would feel if he were pitching and struck a guy out who then pitched a fit tossing his gear around and he agreed he'd be laughing inside.  Fixed that problem. Are we smarter than a 6th grader here?

Carr would immediately improve our offense and give our defense and running game a chance to carry us into the playoffs

    Wait, what?  The playoffs?

Heh.  You know, I've been thinking how angry so many fans are here and wondering how that can be - surely we are hardend by now, we drafted a QB, ended the streak and we know we are rebuilding with tons of draft capital and cap space coming this post season.  I think I get it finally - you all are not angry, you're just plain mad!

Love your optimism but I can't see us going 5-4 or 4-5 over the last 9 games. I truly hope to see it as it means Allen is most likely taking strong steps forward going into next season though.

We still have both jets and dolphins games - not great teams and AFC East rivals are always tough to beat twice - so there's two likely wins.  Maybe toss one more in there in case jax or chi or NE have a bad day else maybe it comes from sweeping jets or Mia.  I predict 5 wins for the season.  4 would fine too though.

Point differential. . .a loss is a loss.  Yea, I know but take it as an excuse to party more or whatnot.

I just hope JA returns so that we can at least have that to focus on.

I think that the "process" is nothing but a stolen platitude from Nick Saban and the Philadelphia 76ers.  They cannot even come up with their own catch phrase.

McBeane then invoke "the process" without ever bothering to ever define what the plan is . . . in an apparent attempt to prevent people from evaluating the plan or how McBeane are progressing according to their own metrics.

In the end, the QB mismanagement demonstrates that they are just making it up as they go along.

So your gripe is that they did not have a sexier new term for rebuild?  I refer to it as a 'rex ryan (and his idiot brother) fumigation'.  You're free to use.  ;o)

The plastic tarps should come off for next year so we can see our new but very young team take its first steps.

The process (or plan) has never been articulated and is intentionally completely amorphous.  As a result, McBeane (and others) are able to say (after the fact) that such and such was part of the process.

Meh.  What do you want?  McD to get into his tardis and see what happens over the next off season and draft and then what next year reveals and so the 2020 draft as well; complete with unexpected player losses all the way? It's a rebuild and the future is always cloudy.  Jeez.

While I hate to see us change up regimes, and I'm not saying we will, but next season will be starting with almost 90 mil spent on FA's and solid draft positioning.  If we aren't solidly competitive, at least 8-8 with close games, I wonder how long this lasts

Next year will likely see a very young, very fresh group on offense with many mistakes yet to learn from.   8-8 might be an unfair goal.  2020 is where I'm focused.

    Question:

Have they even really brought ANYONE in for the offense to this point?

If you were calling the shots you wpuld be spending money right now on offense for this team?  Why?  Are you one the folks that think spending good money on an older player such as Bryant would be smart this season?  I just don't understand unless it's purely emo reasons - thinking 6 wins would be better than 3 wins and worth spending money to accomplish is illogical.

    Is Sean McDermott any better?

Rex destroyed the Bills defense, McDermott has the worst offense in the NFL on the field.

    Rex: 15-16

    McDermott: 11-11

Rex took a team and instanty ruined it and then in year 2 somehow made his mess even worse; read somehow as hisnidiot brother.  McD is fumigating that mess and rebuilding.  The D is there and the O is coming soon.  Next year will be that young O learning and then in the 2020 season we can judge.

Rex was a disaster.  Hopefullly, McD is the contractor who can repair the damage but it's way too soon to say.  January 2021 you can report back for us.
