I was born into a Bills house but after playing Tecmo Super Bowl as a kid started to love the Eagles because of QB Eagles (Randall Cunningham). While still rooting for the Bills I was a full blown Eagles fan, then as i got into Jr High/HS went back to the Bills. So while I guess I wouldn't say I'm a converted fan, I did stray off the path for a few years

After watching Derrick Henry last year, I really want one of those

I’ve been very pleasantly surprised so far. I thought I’d watch a quarter then be done but I’ve had it on all day

I don't think she's awful. My favorite is when Chris Brown is on

Titans. They’re scrappy. I really enjoy watching Derrick Henry play and if Mahomes wins a Super Bowl I fear all the Bills should’ve drafted him people being even more obnoxious then usual

ooo I agree.
my take is both get interviewed this offseason. I don’t think neither get a job.
Frazier may not want to be HC again
And think it is a year too early for serious Daboll consideration.
what will be interesting is position coaches because say a team wants to Interview Bobby Johnson for OC would the Bills block that?
I don't think they would block position coaches either. I agree Frazier and Daboll will get some looks but I do feel confident we will have everyone back next year

doesn’t block the interview for a HC
I don’t think this regime would ever even try to block one of its staff from a possible promotion elsewhere. Beane and McDermott I believe would love to eventually have a “coaching tree”- 1

The way he stops on a dime he really reminds me of Shady

One guy I've been thinking about lately is Chase Claypool from Notre Dame. I saw someone say he had a bit of Mike Evans to his game, but who knows if that's legit. I also wouldn't hate trading a first rounder for Mike Evans...
I don't watch enough college football to give an educated opinion, but if he is like Mike Evans sign me up!

I think we're still on the lower end of playmakers on this offense.. Knox is coming along, Brown is a stud, Beasley gets the job done, and then guys like Foster and McKenzie are nice role players, but add in a another high 2/1b receiver and I think things really take off for him.
This is where I am also, I really want to see a big fast WR brought in during the off season as well as a big RB to compliment Singletary. That along with Allens continued development an I believe sky's the limit

I think if Daboll was in the booth from the beginning of the year we'd be talking about Josh in the MVP discussion. The offense has looked great the past couple of weeks and Josh, while improving each week has looked really great the past 2 weeks in particular.

I hope it does succeed. While it will never be in the same league as the NFL, competition is good for everyone. A new pro wrestling promotion started up and is causing WWE to have to step up there game, so even if the XFL does something that the NFL can adopt to give us a better or more entertaining thing on Sundays, why not

Interesting. Was it simply because you wanted an offensive minded coach?
I was a big on Frank Reich, I thought it would be a cool story and being an offensive minded coach was a huge plus for me too

The Rex hire (I still shutter when I say that) was a disaster. I get it, I do understand the thought process then, but it quickly became apparent he was not the answer, to anything. All hype, and no substance. They removed him as soon as it was prudent to do so.
In McDermott they hired the polar opposite. An unknown, a high-character guy, a leader of men, someone people instantly trust, a principled person who works his plan (the process), and, of course, a high football IQ. He admitted it would take time, he (and Beane) had a plan and they've stuck to it. The Pegulas' have supported them in that plan, and the results are showing.
Everything he does is the exact opposite of how Rex did it. And that is good! And it is a credit to the Pegula's for taking the risk. They learned the hard way, but once they realized their mistake, they acted swiftly and smartly.
What is the saying? "fire fast and hire slowly." This entire scenario is support to that wisdom. Good work Terry and Kim, and to Coach McDermott and GM Beane.
Perfectly put!

I wasn't happy when we hired him but I am very happy we have him now. I think he is doing an excellent job and he seems to be a great human being as well
-
I think everything about him his classy. When he was first hired I wasn't a huge fan but now I wouldn't want another coach, really like what he is doing here
-
Him with solid qb play in his prime would have been fantastic!

Next years WR draft is supposed to be pretty good, I'm guessing the plan is to take a shot at one of them early

I would have loved 4-0, but am very happy with 3-1. I'm not as concerned with Josh as some, he looked bad against a really good defense. I do think this weekend is important to make a statement. This is a team you're supposed to beat, go out and do it.
What I would like to see is a more killer instinct moving forward. The Bengals had no right making that a game, I want to see the offense not slow down and keep the foot on the gas. Against better teams it could result in a loss that should be a win

To me it's easy, if people want to go out and tailgate, go. If you don't, stay home.
