Anyone else think it's odd that now the Bills are "claimed" to be a desirable destination for free agents but McKissic leaves and Chandler Jones decides to sign with a team that isn't anywhere close to where we are, it just seems odd. You would think Josh Allen and being a legit super bowl contender would be more intriguing. We seem to only be able to pull the big fish by trade. I wonder what the deal is with all this
Actually going all the way would probably help us in this regard more than most other cities.

I'm okay with missing out on someone if both sides can't come to an agreement. It happens a lot and we just need to move on.
Now, McKissic... we had a verbal agreement with him to my understanding. After all the FA dust settles that's the only one that's going to still sting in my mind.

I cannot believe the self righteousness shown in this thread.
A lot of long-time, loyal Bills fans have died of old age and many other reasons without seeing their team win a SB, and here we are, finding new ways to make sure talent never makes it to our roster.
We are not in a position to be negotiating against ourselves, and the hardcore fans opposed to Hunt have not earned the right to harm our ability to win. I'm glad the silent majority of fans would approve of a trade like this.

If they want to go anywhere, they should go back to Fredonia. The great teams of the 80s and 90s used those Fredonia training camps to bond, with the players going out in groups to the bars. No such situation is possible near SJF.
I can't believe the Bills would sell fewer tickets to people in NW NY -- Rochester etc -- if training camp wasn't held nearby.
As someone who attended some of those camps in the 90s, whose family is from Fredonia, whose grandfather taught there, I would love this just out of personal bias. I just know it's not happening.

Who cares, We've got Josh Allen.
I don't mind not seeing him move into the AFC. Or not meeting him in the Superbowl.

These guys dream of being a head coach and running a program.
When you're a superstar QB you're a superstar QB. Allen is a top 2-3 QB in the NFL.
Yes, you want a good OC who can put together great schemes and coach up the offense, but Allen is going to continue to be great and whoever is our next OC will get HC interview after we win the SB next year.
Folks you heard it here first! 2022 season champs!

I believe in an interview he was asked if owner Jerry would have fired GM Jerry by now, and the response was a chuckle and a yes.
He is not that great as GMs and he knows it, but he hates not being in control. Dude needs an intervention for the sake of that team.

This is a sale, and income is income.
You're right that if Ticketmaster didn't do this they would face the wrath of the federal government.
With that said, Ticketmaster is one of the worst companies in this nation and I hope everyone on here avoids them like the plague.

Best team doesn't always win and we've lost every close game (one score or less), so I wanna see us be a little more clutch.
With that said, winning streaks build confidence and I'm hoping we can ride the momentum of this current streak deep into the playoffs.

They're both great athletes, but neither one is particularly fast or strong. They are fast and strong ENOUGH to be the glue that holds together the top defense in the league. The reason is, I believe, their intelligence and their integrity. And their experience.
But, the Pro Bowl votes for DBs go for INTs, just like Pro Bowl votes for defensive line and LBs go for sacks. Contributions toward "Best Defense" don't count.
An unfortunate reality. I wouldn't feel so bad about it if it didn't bother Poyer so much.

The Bills win two games in a row and they are the hottest team? The Colts are playing great football, and hell, the Dolphins are about to win their 7th game in a row. Lay off the homerism a tad.
Colts, Dolphins and even Chiefs. Let's just see if we can win out before we start bragging about who's hotter.

Not much of a difference when vaxxed players are still missing 1-2 games.
Cole likely only misses one game. It’s more about timing.
Timing is key, and so is being vaxxed. This isn't that difficult.

Yes but in reality they are still missing games. My understanding is that both Washington & the Browns starting and backup QB's were fully vaccinated yet still missed their games.
And I'm not saying it wouldn't have been better if Beasley & Davis were both vaccinated. It would have been as the CHANCE they could come back sooner is real.
But the crisis facing the NFL is not caused by the unvaccianted. Plenty of the vaccinated are missing games and it's only going to get worse if the NFL doesn't change the rules.
I think we're all aware that vaccinated people can get it.
I think we're also aware of how being vaccinated allows you the chance to come back sooner.
Davis is illogically drawing the line with this shot, and to me that is unacceptable.

Some fans just seem to somehow ignore that every team in the league is dealing with this, most players vaccinated, and everyone is still missing 1-2 games. As I've said three times now, NFL protocols allow vaccinated players to return more quickly. Some fans seem to somehow ignore the fact that there's a difference.

The same way that fully vaccinated players like Dawkins, Felliciano and Klein can.
Do you understand that protocols allow vaccinated players to return more quickly?

Don’t want to get into a vaccination debate, but omicron is claiming both vaccinated and unvaccinated equally. And based even on the NFL protocols, no one is coming back early.Doesn't matter. Protocols allow vaxxed players to return much faster.

Horribly disappointing. Davis has had all kinds of shots in his life, and blows to his head, but this vaccination is where he draws the line for some horribly illogical reason.
I don't know how he can look at his teammates, his coaches, and the fans, and be proud of his decision.

Not as embarrassing as the Stevie drop against the Steelers.
I think this was worse. Far worse. That's one play. Every single Bills drive was infuriating to watch, and the D wasn't much better since they couldn't stop the run against a team that literally refused to throw.
-
Pats were about as one dimensional as it ever gets and we couldn't stop the run to save our lives.

Don't know about you, but I hate the idea that the weather will have a major impact on tonight's game. Never was pro domed stadium, but now I'm having second thoughts.
I want visiting teams to dread coming to Buffalo in the winter. I want them to look at the weather reports and start figuring out how to mentally prepare for what is to come.

Agreed. McKissic was the cherry on top of all this. I just don't get it.
Don't wanna draft an RB early again - save that for CB. Just go get a serviceable veteran pass catcher.
