  1. What would be an awesome insight that we will never get, is a blind poll asking all of the white players what they think about this.

It's impossible to know what the results would be. I would imagine that they mostly agreed with the black players. The reason being they spend a lot of time together. Endless stories are told between them. Pro sports teams are one of the best places in the world for race relations although that's not always 100% true. I highly doubt that the white players are just going to believe this stuff doesn't happen much (meaning discrimination by police not necessarily deaths) after serious discussion.

Right now, I doubt any white player would say to the media he thinks these guys are way overreacting regardless of what he truly felt. So we are not going to know if they approve or oppose.

Maybe you are Missing my point, the comment was about both white and black players. They are both Inmates in this comment.

  2. Jameis is a good QB, but how about the weapons he has around him? How good would he look throwing to Logan Thomas, Deonte Thompson, Nick O'Leary, Andre Holmes?

Give Tyrod the likes of Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson, and people would be falling over themselves to call TT "elite."

TT had Sammy, Woods, and clay.......

  3. no, because when you're a NE*, GB, SEA you're essentially getting extra games to warm up often times, and extra games at the end. and by the end of the season if you're playing the bottom two teams in your division you're likely not facing a team working for a playoff chance.

imagine NE having to face Buf, Mia, NYJ at the end of the season when they already won and no team has a chance? or atlanta having 2 easy games at the end of the seaon?

Good point. I just dont like the way the NFL schedules the season and was thinking of ways it could be more interesting. I guess i was thinking divisonal games are always played harder by both teams, but i get your point.

  4.

I thought Thomas should've broken off his route a bit there to go towards the end zone... which kind of drove the hesitation. JMO on that one.

Other than that, I think it's Tyrods job because the team seems to believe in him. If he get's hurt and NP rallies them then great - but i don't think benching the starting QB when everyone around him is also not playing particularly well sets a good precedent.

If we're out of it, or this is the start of an extended slide, then obviously things can change.

Everyone around him plays bad because of him. Remeber, everyone that says TT has no weapons, that Sammy had to publicly say he was not getting thrown the ball and wanted it more. If you have such a SUPERSTAR WR and he has to ASK for the ball to be thrown his way then the QB is not the right guy.

  5. The biggest negative in this game was the offensive line. Its bad enough Taylor has no weapons, with the offensive line playing like that we really dont have a shot

Even behind that terrible line 16 points where put up on the board. A better QB gets better production. This is who taylor is and who he has been for going on 3 yeas.
