While I know that McD was never leaving as our HC, nor am I calling for it, I still think about the rift between him and McD in the final year.

With Dorsey's alleged struggles, and our inability to find a solid WR2 on the team, the Hodgins thing bothers me more.  We weren't so flush with talent that cracking our depth chart was hard.  Hell, we brought back Beasley and Smoke.  So how did we miss on the opportunity that Hodgins was so badly?

    I don't know, maybe I'm just bitter.

People on here loved Kumerow for his ST ability, people thought Gabe was gonna be the 2nd coming, and Mckenzie was gonna be cheetah-esque.

The reality is Kumerow is worthless (and finished the season hurt), Gabe was a massive disappointment, and I'm still unsure why we kept Isiah at all. Honestly, I thought Ray ray was the better choice, but I digress.

There really is, there is no excuse for not keeping Hodgins. We kept him while injured, we were patient with his rehab, he started producing when healthy and given the opportunity. He's not a game breaker, but there's no excuse for not keeping him after all we did to keep him as long as we did.

I have no issue with Daboll's success either, last I checked they'll be watching the SB too.

I would bet you are a lot younger than I am.   their target market demographic is probably 18-30 male.  Their "enthusiasm" to me is contrived and  nauseating.

50, but still young at heart. Mike can be a little over the top @ times, but I like him. Admittedly, I don't watch as much of this stuff as most people on here do though. My bandwidth for sports has definitely waned over the years.

  3. I may be the only one, but I don't mind Irvin. I don't love everything he says obviously, but I like him and Mooch, their enthusiasm is infectious.

Kurt, Marshall and Sapp are/were all awful. With Kurt, if you don't QB exactly like him, he finds flaws, and Faulk is such a blind homer it's hard to listen to anything he says. Sapp.... well... his awfulness simply knows no bounds. Loved him as a player, but man, that guy is just out of his mind, he's not even of this planet anymore.

  4. I work on replacing Frazier.

Unlikely, but I try to move Dorsey back to QB coach (or some type of O assistant), or let him go. I'd be looking for an O coordinator with some more wrinkles to their offense. Someone that knows how to utilize the TE, and work the seam better. Someone that will Incorporate some more quick passing concepts, slants, swings, screens. Someone that can help us generate a little more offensive rhythm more consistently.

I start making calls to move everyone on the D-line that is not Von, Groot, or Daquan.

    I re-sign Maine.

    I draft WR, CB, DL/OL.

Maybe I look to FA to retool the O line a little bit. I have concerns about Morse's availability, and the rest of the O line underperformed, so this definitely needs to get addressed Draft & FA.

  5. He wants to get paid, and there will be teams willing to pay more than the Bills.

He's been great, we love him, but overpaying for a physical guy that's bruised, battered and on the wrong side of 32 is not smart.

Even 10m per sounds like way too much to me. If we find a way to work it out, great. If not, I wish him the best.

The only thing that is clear from that video is that he put his hand up to his lips. Did he blow into his hand? Was he hitting a vape? The video cuts away too soon to tell. Don’t you agree?

Also, even if we saw a vape cloud I think it would only tell us he was vaping. Not what he was vaping. You can definitely produce huge clouds of vape smoke from nicotine. I’ve been in a vape shop/lounge where guys filled half the store with a cloud of nicotine from a single inhale off a vape using one of those vapes with the big wide mouth pieces on them (can’t remember what they’re called).

The clouds generated from nicotine compared to cannabis or CBD are noticeably different. One could fairly easily hide vaping cannabis or CBD, one could not hide vaping nicotine, period.

Again the only thing that is clear to me, is that he is not vaping nicotine.

How can you tell from that video? You never see a vape at all, let alone the color of the substance in the vape tank.

Its not even clear if he’s actually vaping.

Someone would have filmed a giant vape cloud and it would not be a secret what he was or was not vaping. Without said cloud the only thing that is certain is that he is NOT vaping nicotine. 2 cents

  8. I wouldn't call it a "BIG" mistake, but we should have found a way to keep him.

I'm looking @ John Brown, Cole Beasley, Jamison Crowder, Isiah Mckenzie, Jake Kumerow and it doesn't look like a great move in hindsight.

Also, I thought it was an odd move after investing soo much time into this kid *shrugs*

We can't win them all, and sometimes good ones get away.

  9. Collinsworth is annoying because he doesn't put in the time. He's just gonna regurgitate the national talking points with no added insight on the matter.

Romo has just become brutal. His 1st year was great, but now he's just rambling to fill time. We get none of that 1st year insight he was offering before. Just rambling garbage all the time. For all the complaints about CC, I cant recall him bothering me nearly as much as Romo does now. Honestly, anyone BUT Romo at this point, he's awful.

  10. Statement from the NFL:

    NFL STATEMENT ON BILLS-BENGALS GAME

Tonight’s Buffalo Bills-Cincinnati Bengals game has been postponed after Buffalo Bills’ Damar Hamlin collapsed, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced.

Hamlin received immediate medical attention on the field by team and independent medical staff and local paramedics. He was then transported to a local hospital where he is in critical condition.

Our thoughts are with Damar and the Buffalo Bills. We will provide more information as it becomes available.

The NFL has been in constant communication with the NFL Players Association which is in agreement with postponing the game.

  11. IDK, I've just always found this guy extremely unlikeable. It's probably the blatant steroid abuse. To put him in the same breathe as LT, or Bruce, or Reggie is silly. Those guys are the cream of the crop. JJ put up stats, but he pales in comparison. Just my 2 cents.

  12. The total disregard for his safety is crazy, almost criminal imho. Concussions are bad, but taking another blow to the head while already concussed is exponentially bad. Like him or not, people play better without brain damage. He should be shut down for the rest of the season. I feel like this guy is a prime candidate for long-term CTE issues.
