  1. Hopefully his new representation tells him to tackle this year.

If he does re-sign with the Blls I fully expect either corner or best player available at 10.

You must have somehow gotten the name Gilmore confused with Z. Brown for some reason.

  2. I get annoyed when I purchase a chicken breast and come to find out it had been sitting in the hot bar for hours and was dry as granny's ass and yet nobody at the deli bothered to let me know, or at least offer me a discount.

I will write a strongly worded letter....

  3. Except for the pesky fact that we had the 5th least passing big plays in the NFL in 2016. So it's among the very best, except for half of his games when it's among the worst.

Except for the fact that in 2015 we were among the top teams in big passing plays in the NFL. Don't really know why they didn't throw the ball long that much in 2016. Could have been the play calling, could have been due to the number of injuries at the WR position. But either way i certainly think Taylor can connect on the long ball again, that's why some people say (I'm one of them) that he has one of the prettiest deep balls.

  4. That's why it's such a waste of time discussing it.

He's our starter, lets embrace that, see what Dennison can do to improve his game, and hope for the best. We'll know soon enough.

I can be skeptical without dismissing EVERYTHING else he brings to the position. There's things to like about TT, after all.

You are exactly right about that. I am pro Tyrod myself. I do however know he has things to work on obviously, but I wanted him to be back this upcoming season and I'm glad he is. Now with that little being said ........

As far as the posters nagging back and forth repeating themselves I don't know why they continue to do it. They are not going to change each others mind on the topic so, why keep spewing out the same things over and over, repeating themselves? I've noticed some posters get annoyed by it, but it has gotten quite comical to me. Every once in a while one of them (rather it be pro Tyrod or anti Tyrod) will say some things that are entirely untrue o just plan off the wall non sense. And if anyone calls them on the nonsense or untrue statement, they get mad or tell you that you are stupid and they are right and you are wrong lol.

If things are slow sometimes I go to the threads and get a good laugh from time to time. Although I can admit that it does get old when the nonsense takes up over half of the front page on the message board. That hasn't happened here, yet. Don't think it will, but it was like that almost all the time over at BBMB since it came up with keeping Tyrod or letting him go. It would be thread upon thread of the SAME EXACT people with the SAME EXACT posts.

  5. The Bills were not going to pick up the option and started exploring options such as Glennon and Siemian. The Bills were prepared to move on from Tyrod and would have done so if Tyrod had not taken a massive paycut. Now you are claiming we cannot know if someone offered a 2nd round pick or 2 seconds for our bridge QB.

Guess what. Everyone but you knows that no NFL team offered a 2nd for Tyrod because that would be ludicrous.

If someone offered a 2nd the Bills would have been glad to take the pick and sign a Foles or Hoyer. We know because no NFL team risks losing a QB they truly want.

They were leaving "no stone unturned" man. I must have missed when they were looking at Glennon, but I remember seeing a thread of some sort that Siemian was to be interviewed or talked to, something along those lines. But some of your post do come off as fact when they are obviously your opinion, which you are entitled to.

  6. Trans, I know sometimes some of the posters push your buttons with your Tyrod threads, but I just wanted to say I for one enjoy them myself. I enjoyed them over at the old board also. I think you post good info and make good points when it comes down to the QB position. A lot of ppl would not take the time for threads like that. Anyway, just wanted to say that lol. Keep up the good info man.And I will share my gummy bears with you.

  7. lol... There were times when there were 8 threads about tyrod going on the first page..

Yea there was. That was just down right stupid I thought. And each and every one of them the same exact thing was talked about by the 4th post or so. Its not an exaggeration by you either. It was really that many threads, hell maybe more than 8 at times.

  8. That's some good analysis there. A little scattershot but I appreciate the effort you took to compile this. I'm not sold on Tyrod after this past year but I think we'll find out what we have in him if folks stay healthy and the defense starts turning things around.

Agree, and that's a very fair take on the situation. Also I will add, IMO I think we will see a pretty noticeable improvement especially since Taylor and the OC are familiar with one another. That will be a factor also that can only help.

  9. Well damn man. Was kinda hoping they would have kept him. Did a great job with the little time he was with the Bills. Well, I'm sure there is a plan in place for the WR position. I think I'm going to be able to trust this staff a little more than the last though lol.

  10. I've wanted Davis at 10 even before the combine and all. However the more I read about this kid the more I'm liking him. Huge target, good hands, good blocker. I have to say I would be perfectly fine if Howard is the pick at 10.

I would like either, Davis or Howard at 10 and would consider either a great pick.

  11. They have so many glaring needs, they should have their choice at 10 (WR, DB, TE, etc). Unlike like last year's assumption, our 1st round draft pick needs to be healthy and an instant starter/contributor. They can't miss....Far to many holes.

I agree. Want my 1st rd pick to be on the field week 1. Don't spend another 1st rd pick on a guy that will be out for 8 weeks.

  12. Never heard of him

lol me either to be honest. But it's fine with me. Bring in as many WRs as you can and let them battle it out in camp. Hopefully get 1 of the top ones in the draft too. Definitely need as much depth as we can in that position because lord have mercy we end up getting decimated at the WR position again this next season.

I know every team has their injuries and what not, but I think Buffalo got about the worst as far as WRs being out. I think I remember at one point last season we had 3rd stringers starting and if I remember correctly it was a 2nd stringer as our #1 that game. I want to say it was Walt Powell that was the #1 position WR. Was terrible.

  13. This past Friday afternoon, my son Danny lost a long battle with addiction. My heart has a gigantic hole in it that is only getting bigger as the hours go by. Danny was (as some of you that met him) a kind, funny and gregarious boy...he never lost those qualities. He tried to beat his demons over the past 6 years, and was temporarily successful for months at a time...once over a year! He never wanted that life and hated it, he never gave up...My family and I never gave up on him...we loved him so much. Friday I got the call that no parent ever wants to get. He will be coming home for the last time later this week. Not the homecoming We ever wanted.

He was a life long rabid Bills fan. Proud to be a Bills fan. Wore his Bills colors in the heart of Dolphin territory...we texted each other all game long, shared the victories and the defeats...planned to come this this years tailgate. Now that's all gone.

My plea to you is to have compassion for people in his position, they don't want to be there...they hate it, are ashamed of it...and sometimes just can't escape it. I miss my son and best buddy...I'd gladly change places with him, he was so young so much to live for. Please say a prayer for Danny to finally be at peace.

Hey there man. I'm new to this board and all and of course I don't know you, but that does not matter at all. Really hate when things like this happen and I will say a prayer for Danny. I know a couple of ppl I am close with that has/is going through this same thing. I have a 9yr ol son and 7 yr old daughter I could not imagine losing either of them. Just thinking about it is hard. I hope you and your family get through this very, very tough time.
