I've said all along that Matt Moore is a better option and Cutlers injury is likely going to be a blessing in disguise for a dolphins team already with a head of steam riding a 3 game winning streak.
This Dolphins team reminds me a lot of the 1998 Jets, started 0-2 and finished the season 12-4 en route to an AFC Championship game loss to the eventual world champion Broncos.
Gase is a lot like Bill Parcells too with this coaching style and has created a very gritty team down in Miami.
Well if your gona go ahead and crown them, then crown their asses. But they are who we thought they were!!
RIP Dennis Greene

We just don't have the horses on the edge.
Hughes is a little overrated. He comes out like a bat out of hell every year and then disappears
If he isn't ramping it up and on pace for 10+ sacks we will struggle to get the QB
I don't know man. We are pretty good. Bucs were just well prepared and had a good game plan and blocking scheme. I thin k there will be plenty more sacks to come. It's just sometimes when a team has a pretty good Oline and they are well prepared and ready, sacks are always going to be a little more difficult to come by.
-
They do have a decent line and to JWs credit he was mobile enough when necessary and also got the ball out quickly.
Yeah, they definitely had the right game plan in place. That team has a good Oline and stacked with weapons. I expect them to start making a run in the 2nd half of the season. Bucs are no push over, that's for sure.
-
The sarcastic overcheering when he finally caught one yesterday was fantastic.
yeah it was. EXTREME!!
-
I don't know. It's definitely "concerning" though. Seriously though, I was hoping they could get a little more pressure on Winston than they did. The strip fumble was great though.
Bucs seemed to have a pretty good blocking scheme in place and were making it tough to get to him.
-
that's the spirit!
Nothing more than a simple cake walk.
-
Happy to hear Poyer is day to day and not out for a long period of time. That's great news. With all these big time QBs the Bills are about to face we will need as many healthy as possible.
-
Anybody else concerned about this game? Especially with the Carr and their offense coming to life last week and extra time to prepare of the Bills?
yes
-
Hell of a game from him. Loved it. Defenses will have to account for him moving forward in a very big way.
-
That's not good, he'll miss at least a game or two then.
Actually, if that's all it is, I'd say it is good. Compared to an MCL or ACL.
-
Zay will be phased out in the next few weeks. Matthews, DT and Holmes will be our trio going forward.
Yes maybe so. Not to de-rail the thread or anything, but DT had a hell of a game. Specially being only a week into the offense. Guess he must still have some chemistry with Tyrod.
Very glad they picked him up. Didn't expect that big a game from him myself.
-
Well hope he heals quick like Matthews lol. Maybe he won't miss too much time then. Probably miss a couple games. Maybe 2-4 weeks if lucky
-
So Trans won. Good job OP
-
Will he be able to catch the ball with a splint over his thumb or will the ball bounce off it ?
I think his role today will be that of a decoy.
Zay should step in nicely.....
-
Asshat. Defend post #78 that I replied to or #95 above. I'll wait for your fair and balanced response....
Awww, u mad? Let me find out you getting mad.
-
Well that was just a fluke due to #tankmode. It definitely cant happen twice in a row and I am very concerned about this. I might even have to make a thread on this topic.
If you do, I will post in it and make my presence known
-
Would rather face JW, unless it's 2 mins to play and Bucs have to drive down the field and score a TD to win it. Then I think I'd rather have Fitz in, for that particular drive anyways lol
-
Wait so now defenses are ranked by passer rating?
Passing Yards
CIN 2nd
DEN 6th
CAR 7th
ATL12th
Jets 15th
Points
CIN 2nd
DEN 8th
CAR 9th
ATL 13th
Jets 12th
Yeah these are five good to very good defenses. The Panthers faced Brees, Brady, Stafford, Wentz in consecutive weeks. That probably has a lot to do with giving up 10 TDs. 2 Elite QBs, a franchise QB that was just given the biggest contract in the NFL, and a second year QB that is playing pretty well this season.
That leaves 3 teams giving up 21 TDs which averages to 7 per team so 1.4 TDs per game. Horrible.
You know that stuff is not taken into consideration!
-
...so then you're doubting the ability of our prolific passing game being able to carry us to the promised LAND?....bawlsy if I may say so..................
Yes, and also doubting the depth at the RB position.
-
Hope like hell McCoy doesn't go down. Fingers crossed.
-
Believe it or not, at this stage I'm happier that he's out on the field playing against us rather than Fitzpatrick.
I actually agree with this. Was thinking the same.
-
Well whether him or Fitz, I still think we get a couple TO's. I just hope it will be enough to help win the game. Can't count on the offense too much at the moment.
'
Lol, I got a kick outta this 1.
-
C'mon folks, anyone else want in?

Yeah some of it is a little silly, but yet comical. I have to say I got a little kick out of the Steelers hide-n-seek TD celebration. Overall though it doesn't really bother me. Guess they're letting a little more "entertainment" allowed with the game.
