    Yeldon doesnt play special teams

I wasn't thinking as a return man but on the inside of the kicking game unit. But now that I'm thinking about a return man...I wouldn't mind having him get a shot to return as well...be a upgrade over #2 Murphy on the depth chart, who struggled.

    SJF serves a purpose...

You can't convince me this possible move isn't about continuing to improve our special teams. This would be the 5th move Beane has made with having the units in mind.So far..Beane gets a solid A in the category....no more crying about missing Holmes as a gunner...no more worried about guys like Pitts and Lacey attempting to make half hearted tackles.

two of the greats, in every aspect possible, i usually wear a Pirates hat on scuffy days away from the rat race

Not sure if this is fact or not...back in the day ,before Stargell's retirement, every NL team had a marking in their home stadium, to identify his farthest HR landing spot.Talk about respect.

Been a Jays fan since I was a young lad, mid 80’s.

I actually sometimes come on the Brewers boards and ask how everyone is doing and how they think their squad will be doing the coming years.

Tell me you didn't give yourself a nasty salute every time Pillar knocked one out since his trade to Cali.

I told Row...people still talk about him here him B-low...some of his defensive outfield plays were Mays like.

I'm still not sure why some Jays fans wanted him gone...

How are we gonna keep McNeil in the lineup?  Play of the game at third. If he doesn't make that play Familia's outing looks even worse than it was - and there was nothing good to say about it to begin with.

Mick's hands are tied and we know that...too see McNeil pack his bags and head west would be sickening and would probably cost us a solid playoff run.I highly,HIGHLY doubt either Cano and or Frazier would put up better numbers than he would....and I don't mean meaningless home runs throughout the season.

In addition...if Mick takes AB's away from Alonso/Smith to be "courtesy guy" to Frazier for seniority reasons....I'll punch a hole in a wall...I can see that happening.

My dad played amateur soccer with Ronnie’s brother Rudy Pikuzinski Sr.  (Yes, that Pikuzinski soccer family.)

He played with the Stallions or Blizzard...he gave my bride tickets back then.

These days, they celebrate it in July and have a small crummy parade down Harlem in Cheektowaga.

    .

Loretta Swift is going to ride in the parade again this year.....the kids, teens and basically any person under the age of 30 must be pumped?

    No Jim Rogowski,though.?

some optimism; a French official has said the main structure has been "saved and preserved", and this includes the two bell towers

*he also notes that a significant amount of artwork was able to be removed by firefighters

The entire globe of Christain faith will not allow the Cathedral to lay in rest.

We have never failed before..outside of abortion and annulment of a marriage ,we fight with pride and confidence.

I’ve seen and visited the cathedral a number of times. It’s kind of sad what’s happened to it. The state law in France doesn’t allow them to charge for entrance to the cathedral so restoration has been difficult because it’s been difficult to raise funds. They had finally raised money to start after a public outcry and now this. All that’s left of the interior is pictures now...

Wayne,if you travels take you to Minneapolis -St.Paul,find time to see the Cathedral of St.Paul, the hand crafted sculptures of many Saints welcomes you on both sides of the front entrance...going right up to the first pew.Attending a mass there is so up lifting...it's like stepping out of a tub of fresh bath water.

The organ there...is one of the oldest in the world.

    Peace

THAT is one VERY bad day at work!

We need to pray for those workers,I would assume they will be traveling down a very tough road for a very long time mentally, maybe until he/they meet Saints Peter and Paul? I believe today's sad event is a way of Christ telling us ,no person,Christian or not... doesn't have faults.

I'm all for bashing the ESPN Sunday night broadcasts, but tonight they had Henry Aaron in the booth. I missed all but the end when he was asked about the toughest pitcher he faced. Stan Williams. I know the name, had the baseball card but other than that he's a nobody to me. Wish I'd heard more from Hammerin' Hank tonight.

Much like "The King and His Court " 4 man fast pitch softball team, the Indianapolis Clowns after the ***** league days traveled around the country and would pound the daylights out of minor league teams....exhibition games,of course. They traveled in small school buses...with clown faces and multi colored ballons glaring out of the white painted buses. The team was a not all black at that time.It might have been..late 70's when the Bisons still played at War Memorial that I saw them beat the then double AA team.

So are you guys Yankee fans out there or Met fans? Who's everyone's baseball team.

Ice....we have a great game tonight on ESPN (deGrom is throwing). Here in B-low..it hurts me too say the Yankees are top dog but the Mets have a solid base here as well.I would say it's 60% Yankees,40% Mets. However, we do have some Blue Jays fans mixed in because of the triple A connection and close location. And,just maybe, you'll find a few fanatics of the Indians.

P.S.-Your Brewers are no joke,I really think they could represent the NL in the WS.I

Peace..and don't take message boards so seriously.

Please don't use the report button like some of the adult girls like to do...how pathetic that would be.

I'm expecting a big trade or two myself.

"Montage of Misfits".  LOL.  I agree a lot of these FAs have been misfits on their former teams.

I'm betting a good number of them will have found a home in Buffalo.

On the other hand I can see 4-5 of the recently signed FAs not making the team in the end.

    LaAdrian Waddle=Marshall Newhouse for example.

    1. Deon Lacey should be on that list. He just signed a new contract.

So did Pitts and his chances of making this team are slim and none .

We had rain forecast, so I was out mulching before sunrise this morning. Front yard looks beautiful. Tulips and daffodils in full bloom. Iris just starting to flower. The look awesome bedded with fresh black mulch.

Glad I got that done early because it did start raining around 900 am and has not stopped all day.

I sure didn't picture you as being the flower planting type.

No one knows for sure what will happen with Anderson after camp.

Whether a 4th arm comes to camp or not I do think it would be advantageous for the Bills to bring in a strong armed QB to camp.

Mimicking hard thrown balls from a scrambling QB would help the WRs in my opinion.

So Jackson OR a guy like him is OK with me.

As all UB fans know..he's loaded with raw talent but can somebody teach him how to take criticism..that's the question.IMO,he should have stayed for one more year to grow....how can he do that as a team's number 4 ? He could very well end up being a cut/release guy over and over, maybe playing for three/four teams before a final release from the NFL.I hope I'm wrong about him,Bear.

He's 21 but he's going on 18 because of his attitude.
