It was a booth review. They clearly took the clock back to 37 seconds, so what was on the clock at the end of the play, and ran 10 seconds off from there. Because when they stopped it to review there was 25 seconds left on the clock.
I don't know why it takes him so long to make a decision. Its pretty ***** simply send him out there or not. He should have a predetermined yardage spot and if it isn't made then you automatically go to a quick out. Not dick around to make a decision and almost get a delay of game.
Herbie, I'm sorry dude but that isn't illegal contact. He didn't impeas him in any way with his hand touching him.
So 8ts a flag fest but then don't throw on ious flags after the play?
The league definitely told Shawn at halftime to put the flags away if they weren't going to call stuff on Philly. There weren't nearly as many flags in the second half.
My only issue with this is, this team doesn't know how to finish. 2-6 in one score games. The only thing about that is the Vikings were awesome in 1 score games last year but everyone knew they weren't that good. This year we have been putrid in one score games but everyone knows we aren't as bad as our record. We proved that yesterday.
Your season is on the line. You should be playing like you need a field goal to tie the game and send it to overtime. Especially with how successful you have been on offense all game. If you're worried about an INT then why ever even throw it in overtime? It was a gutless, stupid decision.
LMAO. That was a rule changed that happened well before the 13-seconds KC overtime game. What changed out of that was allowing both teams to possess the ball no matter what. Otherwise, if the first team kicks a field goal the other team gets a chance has been a rule for at least 6 or 7 years.
