    Josh Allen hides the warts on this team because he’s that good. McBeane are not that great at their jobs, they just made one great call, which had saved them for years…drafting Josh.

    Flexin on McD scraping into the top 10 is crazy. Guy’s a pretty good head coach. But it’s pretty clear that McD excels at team/culture building. With Allen, we need a coach with a different strong suit. This is a roster on the cusp that needs a coach who can outmaneuver his colleagues in game…that ain’t McD.

    My son is 9, so just started going to games. His first game was a few seasons ago vs Pittsburgh when Allen was on fire. The tailgate with TBD crew in Hammers, the game, the second tailgate…he never stopped smiling. Playoff win vs Miami was really cool too. I coach him in baseball, and handing him a game ball after a great game was really awesome.

    Beane and McD perform above average at their respective roles. Reid and Veach are elite at their jobs. Unfortunately, even though both QBs are elite, the Bills will be hard pressed to ever top the Chiefs in the Allen/Mahommes era.

    I loved sports as a kid, the Bills were the only team on television. 35 years later and I’m numb inside.

    $4.5 million for a Chiefs cast off? Beane is not nearly as good of a GM as many give him credit for.

    Unfortunately, McD is coach and that’s never gonna change. Losing four straight SBs wasn’t enough pain for this fan base, now we gotta watch an inept coach squander the career of one of the greatest players of all time. Fun.

    Panthers were better everywhere, with a tie at QB. Crazy how you can see the 1990’s team building philosophy in both rosters.

    Exactly. It’s just a business to Pegula, and McBeane do just enough to stay afloat.

    He’s going to be put out wide in Buffalo, when he looks like he’d be more successful as a slot guy. So it might be the same story here.
