Flexin on McD scraping into the top 10 is crazy. Guy’s a pretty good head coach. But it’s pretty clear that McD excels at team/culture building. With Allen, we need a coach with a different strong suit. This is a roster on the cusp that needs a coach who can outmaneuver his colleagues in game…that ain’t McD.

My son is 9, so just started going to games. His first game was a few seasons ago vs Pittsburgh when Allen was on fire. The tailgate with TBD crew in Hammers, the game, the second tailgate…he never stopped smiling. Playoff win vs Miami was really cool too. I coach him in baseball, and handing him a game ball after a great game was really awesome.

Not sure if it’s allowed, but I wanted BTJ and would have traded up once he lasted into the 20s. Coleman could work out, but from all the scouting I’ve read about him, it seems like he’d be a better slot receiver than X.

Seems like a great kid, here’s to hoping he’s successful at the next level. Scramble drill plays was an interesting point, might be a good fit with Allen’s backyard style.
