Oh there is plenty to be critical of........but the vague opinions of former players who left under less than amicable(read: "normal") circumstances is not one of them.
Everybody's feelings get hurt when they don't get treated like they want.
McCoy is the prime example.........all they did was throw money at that guy..........Rex/Whaley tore up his Eagles deal that still had 3 years left and allowed him to double dip...........then McBeane gave him $2M bonus in summer of 2017 to help sell "the process". And he's still got beef with the team for how he was treated. Whatcha' gonna' do?
I haven't recalled Shady saying anything negative, aside from mentioning that he wanted the FO to be more honest, which none of us necessarily disagree with - seems less critical and more straightforward from my point of view. He expanded upon his talk about the bills by giving the community and fanbase glowing compliments from what I read earlier.

Coach Babich will be approaching 60 soon, so *if* we can bring him in as an assistant only to take over in X years, who here wouldn't absolutely love that?

Let Romo work the Masters with Jim so they can be even more inseparable

Can you imagine a PC with him and Gase side by side?
Amphetamines vs depressants?

His tenure is MN was simply awful, so his shot came and went; DC is where he seems to excel at the most

People will automatically fixate on what happened in the second half and OT (and for good reason), but a major momentum shift (and mood swing for me) was what we did at the end of 2Q.
First down, 2 WR formation with FB, and we predictably hand if off to Gore for nothing. Then we spike it and lose a down, only for Duke to have almost come up with that catch.
Why the HELL did we have to lose a down by clocking it with a timeout in our pocket? Regardless of whether or not the offense got a modest gain there, why did we not immediately hurry to the line and have another play ready? I was legitimately pissed that we only scored 13 with how great of a half we had on offense. Everyone here was concerned whether or not our 3s could turn into 7s as opposed to gaining yards or staying 'in' the game leading up to this matchup, and our 'playing not to lose' philosophy did us in, of course.

How can anyone muster the energy to watch another game tonight? I sure as hell can't

Assuming Fuller is out, the pass defense does its job and the majority of us feel surprisingly/pleasantly confident in not letting Hopkins beat us.Texans play great against teams that don't have a great pass rush, too, and we play better cohesively than having players that can single-handedly generate pressure, so that's a little bit of a concern as well for a QB as gifted as Watson. Hyde/Johnson are a good tandem and whether or not they can get into a rhythm early on will be important for them sustaining drives, especially since we sometimes have fits defending screens and the occasional runs up the gut.
Which JA shows up? If it's the one that can barely complete 50% of his passes against tougher opposition, kiss this game goodbye. If we can sustain drives and turn 3's into 7's, it's easily a winnable game. From what I've seen, heard, and read, the Texans defense is awful (around 400 YPG which is bottom 5) and their short/intermediate passing game should be very exploitable. Big games needed from 10, 88, and 26 along with 19 and 16 keeping them on their toes.
I think the lack of experience and star power of the Texans gives them the slight edge, and even though I think the Bills are in a good spot they usually do better whenever I downplay them around everyone else.
First team to crack 20 wins; 23-20 Texans

He also officiated the Hawks-49ers game this past Sunday, right? I don't have a good feeling about this one at all, and like an above poster mentioned, we have to play well enough to overcome the 3-5 bogus calls that very well could/should come our way

As if Tre giving up a TD has happened at any point this year

what is the over/under on the threads started after this game, that we should have kept McCarron?
0. He's terrible.
Instead, it'll prompt another "Iz Bean Genius?!?!?!!" kinda threads if I had to guess

This what you came up with AFTER your edit?
I had one little grammar correction to make a few seconds after I submitted it; why does an edit matter so much...?

Gase definitely needs more time. He needs to bring in more of "his" guys as they get rid of LeVeon (he's allergic to bell cows) and Jamal (asking to leave now, grant his wish); give it at least 3 years to see how he can mold this team. Just my two cents

I think he very possibly could be one of the individuals replaced in the offseason. Could probably replace his production for a lot less
We just extended him, though, and not for very much (relative to other DEs that can consistently generate pressure in today's market)
I expect him to have more of a 'ride off into the sunset' style of leaving with us a la Kyle

Here's some footage of their attempt

The fact that he dragged Rex's scraps into playoffs year one (yes poor metrics and luck aside) as well as returning back merely two years later (with two weeks left) with a completely revamped roster is making me pinch myself

...the one where the nearly twisted Conner's face off? Definitely a flag
Edit: seems like a misunderstanding where OP is mentioning the laughable call on Edmunds right before their red zone fumble; definitely lolworthy

Had to have been mutual so he could go play for a contender. Guessing he wants to go back to baltimore. Watch him end up in new england
Since we're ahead of the both of them (especially NE) in waivers...I don't see how claiming him can hurt any

Josh Norman in Buffalo?

He wouldn't have very much, if any, expectations if he signs and for the first time since early on in his career, he won't be designated as the #1 corner.
Now that Norman got his FA payday out of the way and has his familiarity with this staff and scheme, I'm all for it if the price is right. Who are any of us to voice displeasure with what coach has accomplished in the secondary ever since he got here?
