You are wrong sir. Law enforcement constantly uses polygraphs to eliminate suspects. It’s not used as a means to create suspects…but often times (constantly) used as a way to eliminate suspects from a pool. They need to pass with flying colors. If Araiza can pass at least two polygraphs from independent administrators (at least one being from the plaintiff) that would prove his case!

There is a stipulation in that law that says if you have reason to believe the person was 18 or older than there is no crime. Cops heard him admit to doing having sex with her out of his own mouth and made no arrest. What does that tell you?

not taking his side but I’ve actually found most women prefer rough sex (didn’t learn this until in my 30s) but not to the extent of bruising and bleeding. But I have witnessed (the aftermath) multiple times in my life where consensual rough sex resulted in bruising. I would leave it up to a female poster to say if they’ve experienced vaginal bleeding from rough sex. With all that said…there is a good chance she was raped that night…the question is who the culprit(s) was/were. Things can get awfully crazy at college parties. Once a girl I had sex with at a party…woke up next morning to find her in bed with my buddy. Totally consensual but was a wake up call for me in many ways. I’ll leave it at that.

She showed up to a college party admittedly already have been drinking. 17 year olds aren’t 12 she is legal age for sex in most states and knows exactly what she was doing going somewhere with grown men. That alone gives reason to believe the claims made that she said she was 18!and a freshman in college. In California that makes it NOT A CRIME to have sex with her under this circumstances.

What happened to “In Beane we trust” ???? The Bills investigated and and decided to believe in his innocence. They clearly no way more than we do after hearing a totally one sided claim! lol…if men started being offended when referred to as “males” what would you say? I read that article and get the point but at the same time “female” refers to minors as well as adults so imo a relevant word in this case since the female in question was a minor and considered just a “girl” at the time and not yet a “woman” (even tho in Buffalo 17 years old is perfectly legal) so “female” seems totally appropriate regardless of PC. You speak as the accusations came while employed by the company. Do you know how many 15 year olds who kill someone get charged as an adult? Now all of a sudden they knew exactly what they were doing cause it’s murder? She was a 17 year old doing illegal actions of a 21+ year old by unlawfully drinking and people want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t claim she was 18 at a college party as several witnesses stated? I will not sit here and assume she was some innocent child victim that day. You simply can’t give people power like that. Allow them to make accusations that effect someone’s complete livelihood to where they get cut by the team who drafted them because you wanna wait to go public until after they’ve earned their job. Nope! Almost a year later and they still haven’t even arrested and booked him on suspicion of a crime (which they dont need the DAs approval for, and this is AFTER they heard with their own ears him admitting he had sex with a minor…which isn’t a crime in California if she indeed lied about her age) in fact, Araiza has NEVER BEEN ARRESTED IN HIS LIFE…yet many want us to cut him and have already deemed him scum of the earth.
