I do not think they will play this game at all they will jsut let the Bills/Bengals have a 16 game season and use percentages for any seeding

Call in ask for a customer retention rep and they work your bill down and can get multiple monthy discounts if you call in and negotiate. So to say they have horrible customer service is silly.
